Alexa is the best! I was looking for a special dress for my small simple wedding. She was so helpful! She definitely went the extra mile for me! There was only one left of the dress I chose and it was not in perfect condition, so she checked another store — which I was going to drive to pick it up. She was so patient with me since I changed my mind and asked her to order it for me and have it sent rather than fighting the holiday traffic. She made sure the other store checked the dress to make sure it was in excellent condition too.

My daughter found her homecoming dress but the one at the Temecula Location had a hole in it. They called around for us and sent us to Ontario but no one put the dress on hold and the one they had was being bought as we walked in. They sent us to Victoria Gardens and double checking their one dress was in perfect condition and promise it would be on hold. We get there to find a hole in that dress. We got a discount on it and got the hole fixed just for her to put it on the day of homecoming and notice 2 more holes in the lace. I’m disappointed in the quality Windsor sells now. I got all of my Marine Corps ball dresses from Windsor for 9 years and never an issue. My daughter was devastated to have to to wear this dress to homecoming and hope no one noticed.

The girls are nice in the beginning. They held a room for me when I was shopping. When I got to the cashier I heard some girl say «I hate when they they leave their clothes there» I look at her and then she looks at me and the other girls looks at me then both looks away «I know, just put them away when they’re done»
Idk if that was towards me, but isn’t that your job to do. To put clothes away if customers don’t like the way it looks on them? If you wanted me to put clothes away after I tried them on then maybe you shouldn’t be working there and I should get paid for your hours. Common sense. People are so
Lazy. Find another job if you can’t even put clothes away back on the rack.

Went there with a friend to find a dress for her upcoming 21st birthday. Jen C. asked us if we needed anything, asked what event this dress was for, gave her suggestion for a party dress, as well as the dress she thought would compliment our bodies the best. She was so personable and wanting to help us, pulled shoes down, and had us try on jewelry so that we were sold on not only a simple dress, but a whole outfit. I would come back just to see Jen. Best retail experience I have ever had.

Ok so I normally let my wife shop for our girls, but due to schedules I had to take my girls dress shopping. Little did I know I was going to come to Windsor, and have the pleasure of dealing with the store manager Jennifer. She not only was so polite and friendly, she helped me with sizing shopping for best prices and made my whole shopping experience and wonderful one. I will never be afraid or worried about taking my daughters shopping again (only because I am coming back to Windsor Temecula to see Jen) :-)
