Worst shopping experience ever. Most of the small craft birds I was looking for were broken or dirty, but still on the wall (or floor) so I ended up paying full price for a card of 5 with one missing. Staff was incompetent and downright rude, when you could find them. Bill was $ 15.10, but cashier refused to take $ 20.10, insisting loudly that she was not «allowed to do that» and had to give me $ 4.90 change for my $ 20. I mean she REFUSED to take that dime! What the heck? Finally found a manager whose response was, «oh well. Too bad.»
I was warned by several friends that this store is bad; I should have listened.
I wish there was a Minus Five Star rating.

As far as crafting goes this is a crafters dream store. they have aso much of everything. Everyweek there is a different sale on different things, normally 50% off. Depending on what week you go, you can walk out with several items next to nothing.
The best thing is the iPhone app. no need to remember coupons, always have your coupon with you! LOVE IT!!!
The staff is nice and helpful, most seem pretty knowledgable of products.

DANGER, DANGER, DANGER!!! Walk away from this place, they have everything for everybody & ever other week a whole aisle will go on sale for 50% off, WOW! But then again if you’re like me and are «decoratively» challenged, you will get overwhelmed! So I suggest you only come into this store when you have an idea of what you want, LOL; because if you don’t you will either a) leave with EVERYTHING or b) be more confused then when you first walked in (this is me, hahaha). They are closed Sunday’s so don’t think on your leisure day off you’ll be able to «drop» by for some shopping.
