I love this place, the people are so friendly and the ice cream is yummy. Shyann helped me tho other day and she was great! Definitely worth the trip from Killeen

Use to go there years ago with the kids. Was always good, a bit dirty then but the ice cream was good.
Bought a chocolate ice cream cake there for a birthday party a few weeks ago. Was absolutely inedible.
The ice cream wasn’t that great, but the Icing had a horrible chemical taste to it. Two slices were ate then threw the whole thing away.

Great service! They offer a military discount and if you come in in your uniform you get a free ice cream up to $ 3.99!

Good service, great ice cream! Its worth an extra dollar to get real ice cream and not the chemical laden fake ice cream at DQ. Love the fresh add ins.

Great ice cream but horrible service. Stood in line for 15 minutes and the server was not happy. That’s right only 1!!! She was rude, slow, and kept rolling her eyes after customs would pay and leave. The ice cream is good but also expensive; however it is not worth the long wait and horrible treatment. Dairy Queen’s blizzards are just as good if not better. TCBY and GOGO’s frozen yogurt are much better than this ice cream parlor! Don’t waist your time or money here!

Horrible customer service. Will not be returning because of this. The girls looked liked they were not wanting to be there. I felt very uncomfortable, because of their horrible service. Hope someone who cares reads this and all the other reviews and hire people that actually know just a tad about customer service. Oh and the place was very, very dirty, I observed a lot while waiting 18 minutes in line!

The ice cream and mix in options were great, and I would definitely go back for it. However, the staff was not particularly friendly and it seemed overly expensive.

Worst customer service and dirty all the time. I USETO come here at this location all the time when I was still living in temple. 3 years passed by. the first time I decided to come back (3 weeks ago) the place was a mess and I asked for a certain mix as shown on the signs and she mixed in the wrong stuff, gladly she used an employee discount when I had told
(8÷17÷2014) I went in and they were not busy at all. I was waiting for an employee to check out a customer. Then as he came over he looked at me and I said «can I have a strawberry banana smoothie» he gave me a weird ugly look and said ohh kay… like if something was wrong for ordering a smoothie I asked my fiancé next to me «what was that look for that he gave me?!» He said he didn’t know, and that was rude… strawberry banana smoothie and a mango smoothie. $ 10​.80​.my smoothie tasted like garbage. my fiancé mango smoothie was pretty good (probably because another employee made his, cause she seems to actually enjoy her job!)…I looked around their ice creams and u can see every drop of different ice creams its pretty gross. Avoid the dirtyness and rude customer service!

If they are out of waffle cones, they will not tell you and give you the option of getting your ice cream in a cup. Instead, they will make a fresh waffle cone. This sounds good until you see the reality — that waffle cone is HOT! They proceed to put your ice cream in the cone that they are holding with multiple napkins to keep from burning their hands. Then they hand you a cone that is already dripping everywhere and warn that you it’s hot! Yeah. I took two bites and then threw away that melted mess.
Why not just tell me you’re out of waffle cones and put it in a cup? At least give me the option. I would have liked to ask for a refund, but I am non-​confrontational. I can’t tell you how their ice cream tastes because mine was basically just liquid by the time I received it.

Seriously not impressed with this place. I’ve been here twice and both times the staff seamed like they could care less about working there. The place was dirty and the bathroom smelled horrible. Not to mention I ordered a shake and when I asked for a straw the girl working told me they were out after I payed for it, then didn’t even offer me a spoon. I can’t even say the ice cream was even all that great. Definitely not worth the price, dealing with bad staff and a dirty place. Hoping to find a better ice cream place in temple.

Maggie mood has some of the best tasting ice cream! This place isn’t the cheapest but for the taste I would say its worth it. I always get a combination mix of the menu and I’m never disappointed!

While it isn’t Cold Stone it’s damn close. I order a special mix in every time and it’s heaven on Earth. The service is great and they offer coupons for students. They have WiFi if you want to hang out for a little bit and the tables are always open inside or outside. This place is great for a quick sweet tooth fix. The cakes are ridiculously over priced in my opinion. Stick to the cups and mix ins.

Great place to fulfill your ice cream cravings! Although fro yo is delish, sometimes you just need a legit ice cream cone and Maggie Moo’s has you covered. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Moo on.

Very friendly and the Mexican vanilla was awesome! Reasonably priced with generous portions. Also very clean, especially the restrooms. Recommended!

My love for Maggie Moos runs deeper then the holler, stronger then the river, higher then the pine trees standing tall upon the hill. It runs so deep because almost every other week I’d come to this location in college and created so many hilarious memories. Aside from the wonderful memories though, I really think that Maggie Moos is one of the best ice cream shop chains. The ice-​cream is the perfect texture blend of having both firmness with some softness to coat your pallet. The menu is full of a long list of unique flavors which rotate occasionally, so there is definitely something for the adventuresome people in your group and the ones who prefer to play it safe.
Some of my personal favorites are the Amaretto, Mango, Big Red, Mocha, and Dark Chocolate. And if you struggle to make up your mind like I always do, they will let you try a small spoon for sampling. If you’re interested in mixing ingredients to give your ice cream some flare, they have a large assortment of both candies and fruit. But my favorite thing about Maggie Moo’s has to be the chocolate dipped cones. It enhances the ice cream experience and takes your sugar high to a whole new level!

Maggie Moo’s satisfied our ice cream cravings on a warm day, but I can’t say that we will be frequent customers. It is more affordable than Cold Stone Creamery as the serving size is generous with one free mix-​in. However, the mix-​ins were not fresh. I had really stale Sour Patch Kids that were inedible and I had to spit them out. Having dairy-​free options earned Maggie Moo’s the third star.

I like going here when I feel like creating my own version of a sundae. They have a lot of different mix-​ins you can add to the plain ice cream but becareful because each mix-​in is $.49 added to about $ 3.50 for a small cone. So don’t come expecting to pay $ 2-​$ 3 but I bet you won’t be disappointed in the taste. It’s a small place inside but they have some tables outside if you wish to sit out there.

Good place to go in Temple for ice cream in a waffle cone. Not into that a whole lot, but the rest of the family really enjoys it.

Pretty good ice cream here though the prices are a bit high for today’s economy. Two kiddie cups of ice cream with no toppings will run u over $ 5. Its a bit of a novelty though to go and get ice cream and see all the different flavors, toppings, cones etc. Dont get me wrong, the ice cream is good, but if you are at all frugal like me you will take your 5 $ to HEB and get a half gallon of equally high quality blue bell that can be enjoyed by more.
