Love this place. My wife and I really enjoy quality products in bulk with Sam’s everyday wholesale prices The deli is kinda nasty but what can you expect with pizza and a drink for around 2 bucks? Membership pays for itself after one or two trips. Watch out for the receipt police. Granny will literally chase you down with a highlighter and clipboard. Then she meticulously does inventory on your items as much can be done in five seconds. Then she stamps your receipt with illegible ink. Annoying but entertaining.

This Sam’s Club has the worst«customer service»(if you can even call it that) ever.

Went to resolve a order problem with the online Sam Club. Com since we couldn’t reslove it with dot com help desk for baby food for our granddaughter 4 months old. We thought that ordering on line would make easier to keep the baby in food. But Samclub. com couldn’t find their nose with both hands, they sent one out of six tubs formula and forgot the rest. Since they printed shipping document that means it was shipped. But it never did. So I thought going to Sam Club brick building I joined would help me WRONG! They saw the. Com paper and just said that’s dot. Com call their help desk and left me standing their. I ask aren’t you both the same they yes but we can’t do anything with them. That was the manager of the I thought I had a pair parrots in front of me. No help all pass the buck. Oh! While I was asking for Corporate numbers, I was on hold a whole fifteen min for. C help no help! Got the regional office and told them the problem, waiting for response?

I love buying in bulk when shopping to feed my four little monsters! They eat so much it never seems like I can keep the pantry full. Sams helps me do it! School lunches aren’t a problem. It’s amazing. Oh and the gas prices for cars is amazing. You gotta be member but it’s well worth it.

I usually just come here because their gas is the cheapest around. However, I do like buying in bulk so I do frequent the inside as well. My favorite items to buy in bulk is the toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent & boy do they have lots to choose from. I also like the fact some of their food items are in large quantities, which is good if you’re supplying food for a big function or just have a big family. Most often they aren’t cheaper than Wal-Mart just have larger quantities but they do sometimes have sales/markdowns. Saturday mornings are great due to all the samples they give out, but as always, don’t shop here when you’re hungry. They don’t give out bags as their items are huge, but they do have boxes at the checkout you can use to «gather» some of your purchased items. Still a little confused about the job of the person who«highlights» your receipt when you’re exiting the building. Plus, they don’t accept Visa but do take discover, weird! The staff are usually nice and very helpful.

I don’t have a big family, but I love to come here to buy some items in bulk or specialty items I can’t find elsewhere. Membership is $ 40/yr which includes an extra complimentary household cardholder. One of the best reasons why I have a Sam’s membership, is for the discounted gas. With these high gas prices, every cent saved matters. On some days, they have sample stations, so it’s nice to be able to nosh while you shop. Only negative that I can recall, is one time I was trying to find a shirt my size. The shirts were folded and stacked on a table somewhat high. I had to pretty much grab a few stacks at a time, and place it on top of other surrounding stacked shirts just to be able to get to the shirt I wanted. Queue: incoming Shirt Police. We have a situation… She hastily grabbed the stacked shirts I set aside, and refolded a shirt that wasn’t up to her standards. She quipped, «just let me do the folding.» Sure, lady. I was just being nice, but hey, that’s what you’re being paid for. No need to be so snippy! I walked away and left her precious fortress of shirts alone. Maybe she was trying to build a castle? I mean, according to Unilocal,I am the current Duchess of Sam’s. Hmm. maybe that explains it. Well, in that case… as you were, Ms. Surveyor of Shirts, carry on. All joking aside, this is no Costco. But, you can pretty much find a majority of what you need. … just beware of the Shirt Police Lady.

Well, to be fair, I’m a Costco shopper, so Sam’s already had a mark against them in my book. My biggest complaint is the lack of selection. As I tell people, Sam’s is just a big Wal-Mart. They do occasionally offer a really great deal on a top notch item, but it’s usually lower quality stuff. You won’t find shredded cheese or half and half here. Not sure why. The salad section just plain stinks. If you want lots and lots of processed foods-chips, candy, boxed dinners, this isn’t a bad way to go. The frozen selection is even small. I still go because they do have good clothing and housewares deals.

Nice staff, the guy who checks out the receipts at the door always stops to talk to my son. Like the variety of free samples, always something different to try when we go in there. Gas prices are great with the discount. I highly recommend getting a Sam’s Club card even if you just use it for the 5 cents off gas.

Well, it’s a Sam’s Club. You go their to get your shit and get out. Yes, you have to pay a membership fee, but the $ 40 a year isn’t so bad if you have a big family and buy in bulk. The people they have that pass out samples are super nice, and helpful. Actually, the cashiers are pretty great too. They also usually have more check out lines open than walmart… weird… My problem with this one is that if you aren’t in the frozen food section, and need help… give up and go home cause you’re not getting it. That… and most of the other customers scare me.
