Nasty, mediocre at best. And that’s even taking into consideration it’s fast food.
Like most Temple establishments, there’s limited dining options, so residents must drive to Waco, Killeen, or Austin for better selection. So this is the kind of place you’re stuck with.
It’s basic fast food, how do you mess that up? Old dry fries, soft drinks watered down that don’t taste good, etc.
Another blacklisted restaurant for my family.
Only one star since its still good for dessert.

Awful! Everything is way overpriced! Staff is rude! I was placing my order and the cashier cut the speaker off and I wasn’t finished ordering. Then I complained to a staff member about the service and asked to see manger and she rudely said you can go get the manager yourself and walked off. Service was slow everything was awful!!!

It’s a fast food place but customer service should still be a goal.
I pulled up to the drive through and sat at the microphone for about 7 minutes with no one taking my order. After the last car in front of me left, I decided to pull up, get out of the car and ask someone if I could place an order because no one ever took my order in the drive through. I got no apology only that it happens sometimes that the vehicle doesn’t register. They directed me to the patio to order. So I placed my order in the patio kiosk and went back to my car. A girl brought out an order but it was for the car behind me. Again she said that it happens sometime. When my order finally came out the lady seemed perturbed that I wasn’t sitting in the patio even after I explained what had happened.
The two blasts that I ordered were ok. The ice cream was mixed mostly on the top half of the cup with the bottom half being mostly plain.

I know I know it’s sonic! But the support this particular sonic does for the Belton Schools is outstanding. Today it is supporting Lakewood Elementary so come out and show your support and get some food your kids will love. It’s fast, convenient and fun!

Avg sonic with avg workers, I’ve never had a problem with my order or staff. Though it’s a fast food place I’m sure it’s bound to happen, lol
