Can I give them less than one star? I come to this location occasionally when I am in town because it is very close to one of my customers. I had some time to kill today and had a chance to observe how bad service is and how dirty this place really is. When I placed my order, the ladies behind the counter were more interested in seeing pictures on their phones than waiting on customers. Once waited on, the lady was nice. Walking to my chair, the floor seemed rather sticky, but I assumed they had just had a rush. Well, in the 90 minutes I had to kill, I never saw anyone attempt to clean the floor — at all, not even sweep. There is paper all over the floor in addition to it being sticky. It has been very slow, but no one attempts to clean anything. If the area the customers see is this bad, how bad are the areas we can’t see — say behind the counter. How clean is the equipment? I almost want to call the health inspector. I will find another location the next time I am in town — they have lost my business.

They’re not the fastest service in town. But I’ve had no trouble going thru the drive thru. Of course if you order something extra like a croissant or sandwich which needs to be heated, that’s a different story. The coffee is the usual Starbucks quality. And they do try to keep it clean depending on who’s working that day. Some of the crew like to play around and others actually do their jobs. This place is good when the crew isn’t gossiping in the back.

Pretty appalling. Apparently, although I’ve successful picked up mobile orders from probably 50 different Starbucks locations, THIS location wants you to go inside to get your order. Bizarre.

they NEVER answer their phone calls. It’s so frustrating. They messed up my order twice and I am an often visitor. And yes, the drive thru space is so small! I scratched my car on the wall because of it. I really wish they would fix that area. Everyone I know that goes to this location complains about that as well so I’m not the only one. If they get your drink wrong and you don’t have time to go back and change it, just give them a call and talk to the manager.

This has got to be the saddest location I’ve ever been to. We sat in line(drive thru) for over 20 minutes total. They were extremely slow! I ordered the chestnut praline frappé nonfat with whip when we finally got to the menu. Waited another 5 minutes or so before getting to the window, and they handed me a hot drink. When I explained I had ordered a frozen drink, she said(very rudely might I add) «did you not order the nonfat chestnut praline?» I said«yes, it was supposed to be a frappé.» She rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut, and started throwing cups around while trying to make it into a frappé. She then asked us to move forward and she’d bring it out. After waiting another 5 minutes or so, she finally brings it out, doesn’t apologize. I start drinking it, and it didn’t even taste like it had espresso in it. It tasted like it was just syrup, ice, and milk. I’ll never come back to this location as long as I live.

Parking and driver thru here sucks especially on a rainy day. If you’re looking for a place to plug in and web surf probably not the place.

The drive through space is too small for big cars. Every time I drive there I feel like I’m going to hit the wall. Also the parking lot is a nightmare. If the drive through line is long you’re stuck waiting until the cars move.

I go out of my way to go to the Starbucks on Manhattan even though the one on terry parkway is closer to my house because, their service, speed, etc is just better than terry town. They take way too long & get my order wrong 75% of the time at terry town.

I have truly struggled w/writing a review for this location because I am such a frequent visitor; but I feel it’s time. The physical location by far is the worst. The parking lot is often a mess. Best advice… Don’t park on the drive through side. Secondly, the line is ALWAYS long. No way in the world I should be sitting in my car for 20mins and you’re not making an entire gourmet meal. I’m sorry, I get the service industry but the expediting is off or something. Lastly, please pay attention to what you’re actually making. On a few occasions my order has been so terribly wrong I had to keep asking myself if I made a mistake. No reason I should have to take a sip, look at my cup and talk to myself. It hurts my feelings :(

The parking spots are right next to the drive-through lane so getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare if you’re not going through the drive-through! Other than that, the staff is friendly and the coffee is good as always.

I feel compelled to updated my review because the staff had gotten incrementally better each time I have visited since my last review. All orders have been correct and consistent. Okay, now let’s earn that one last star by working on your speed!

I hate that terry parkway is the most convenient one for me because they are sooooo slow. Why can’t they just get it together like the rest of the awesome Starbucks drive thru! When I am leaving the West Bank at 4 heading to work from 6−2am I need my caffeine fix and this one just happens to be the closest drive through on my route before the GNO. Sometimes you just have to suffer a slow line for the greater good of caffeine in my veins. And by slow I mean a 15 – 20 minute wait in line and no whip on my venti after all that

This Starbucks has been terribly designed. The parking lots suck. The drive thru lines block one lot and get so long they linger Terry Parkway. Every time I get s Starbucks app reward or discount, this location never identifies it and that takes even longer. The west bank needs more locations!

well I’m certainly surprised today. usually there is this one barista that is super irritated and has the«I don’t give a crap» attitude and for some reason always doesn’t make my beverage right and is usually rude. today though, today… mmph my latté was def good and he seemed less rude almost like he was actually trying to be nice. However he still had the unhappy face he usually wears. I always hated coming here bc the the guy barista could be really rude at times and it’s like I always leave feeling super pissed off. but because it’s convenient I would come here when I’m in the area. I hope things continue to get better from here…

What IS the deal with this location?!? While the baristas are always nice & polite and my order is usually correct, I am flabbergasted EVERYTIME I come here by how long it takes to get through it. Inside or drive through, it amazes me every time. It’s the only one on my way to work however, soooooo…

My war with this Starbucks continues. I asked for whipped cream. Gentleman said we’re out of whipped cream. I said that’s fine. I look over and there’s three baristas putting whipped cream on the top of three other orders. ??? When I get my hot chocolate it’s called out as «hot chocolate no whip». Not even breaching the subject. I can’t hear my thoughts above the music and it’s colder in here than it is outside. 1 star for free internet, which is the only reason I’m here…

Not only is the parking lot horrible– but the service hers is horrible! It takes 10 minutes or more for the drive through! And most of the time they get the order wrong! I ask for whole milk and 9 out of 10 times they get it wrong! So disappointing ! And I pay 5 $ or more for a cup ! So disappointing

I hate that I end up at Starbucks more than a local coffee shop. But its just so good. The never mess up, everything is always made the same: perfect.

The parking lot is awful here… so that kinda makes things problematic to begin with. The drive-through line blocks half the parking and the rest is simply confusing as to how the heck you’re supposed to get to it. I’ve never had a major problem with the service or coffee– it’s typical Starbucks stuff. The interior décor and layout is fine– they also have a little outdoor patio, but it faces the highway and drive-thru line, so it’s not exceptionally pleasant. Free wi-fi, so that’s a good thing, I guess. Honestly, we do go here every once in a while simply because it is close to my parents’ house and convenient when we’re headed over there(sometimes you just have to leave the munchkin with the grandma for an hour and go get a cup of coffee and decompress– especially when you’re around said munchkin 24⁄7). We typically go at odd times– like 1 pm or such– I would never try to go here during morning or afternoon rush hours– I’d make the extra trip down to Manhattan or just go elsewhere. It’s fine if you need a Starbucks fix midday when the parking lot is near empty…

What was once the most inefficient Chase Bank I ever visited is now the most inefficient Starbucks I’ve ever visited. When businesses reuse an existing structure instead of new construction, it goes one of two ways. It either works perfectly(think Hong Kong Market), or goes horribly wrong. This Starbucks is a great example of the latter. On a recent day I realized that I had not yet had by daily does of caffeine. Knowing that my addiction must be fueled, I noticed this location on my way to a nearby car wash. As I pulled up I noticed the spot I thought I should enter was marked«Do Not Enter». Slightly perplexed, I drove on till I found the actual entrance. I realize this is likely the best use of the space they had, but it was very confusing and somewhat dangerous. Pulling in to the drive thru meant passing several parking areas including one with cars parked immediately adjacent to the drive thru. If the drive thru was full, I doubt those cars could have exited their spots. Making matters worse was the height of the drive thru window. I guess it would be perfect for someone in a jacked up F-250, but I felt like a little child reaching towards the sky to receive my drink. Maybe the ground could have been built up to offset the difference in height, but it was very awkward. Design issues aside, there were also service issues. At the drive thru there must not be a camera like most locations. After taking my order, the line didn’t move. The cashier asked two more ties if I had been helped. This could be prevented if there was a camera showing the cashier the same car was still sitting there, but that was the least of my concern. Apparently the cashier taking orders was unsure of how to disable the microphone so I was able to hear her entire conversation. That conversation was primarily a tirade against someone in line who had ordered some very complex drink. While I agree that people who make ridiculously complex orders should be ridiculed, what if that had been a tirade against me? I would have surely sped away, tires squealing with my finger raised in salute, but it wasn’t against me, so I just sat and listened. When I finally made it to the aforementioned jacked up truck height window, my drink was thrust into my hand with nary a word of thanks. In summary, I am not a fan.
