Umm ok so why are people giving Mickey D’s such bad reviews? I stop here to use the bathroom and get some coffee, snack, etc on my way to Maine like 3 times a year. The bathroom is about as clean as any other McDonald’s and the food is the same as the rest. Honestly it’s McDonald’s it’s the same as the rest, honestly come swing by the McDonald’s in my neck of the woods of your giving it one star here you have not seen anything yet.

This location has the vile policy of cheating its customers by charging for ice water when no other McDonald’s does.
The staff is mediocre at best. They simply exude a sense of «I hate my life and I don’t care»

Time and time again this particular McDonald’s is sub par. Breakfast sandwiches were rock hard, and coffee tasted like water. I’ve had much better quality at other McDonald’s particularly the Wilmington one. It seems like every time I get food at this McDonald’s the food is terrible. I think I’m done doing business with this location.

Dependable fast food institution. My family and I needed a quick lunch on our way to Waterbury from Boston, McDonald’s fitted our need. The nice manager elevated this location to 4 stars. We had a friendly conversation and he gave my daughters free cookies.

food is good, great location. My only complaint is the huge TV playing the news all the time. I don’t want to hear politics and crime when I am eating and I don’t want my kids to see whatever scandal is going on.

Lowell, MA
McDonalds is a place I drive thru once to twice a day! Always the same location to grab iced teas before work. There is a girl on «window one,» african american & young who is always as sweet as pie. She seems to be of the few employees left that has her manners in tact. She always says hello, with a smile, and thanks me for coming. Even when she is busy, my $ 1.07 gets a «have a nice day!»
Thank you & make sure you tell the other employees, simple manners go a long way :)
