Awful service!!! I never write reviews unless I’m super pissed or ecstatic about a place but this bdubs sucked big time. Our server was really slow at understanding our orders, needed reminders to even get water to the table. I ordered spicy garlic wings and they gave me regular hot wings Instead. The manager came upto me apologizing and said they would give me a discount which they clearly forgot. Just plain awful

Slow and terrible service, for barely average food. I only tipped the waitress because I thought she could use the money after they close down, for good, due to lack of business.

My boss and I came to this location for dinner. The staff was friendly but not very tentative. We ordered fried pickels for an appetizer and did not get them until our dinner was served. The pickels were dried out and very crunchy like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes. My burger was not prepared how asked asked as well. The waitress asked how everything was and I let her know the pickels were not good. She could have cared less. Over all they get a 2 and that is being generous. I highly recommend that this facility train their staff better. If I were the District manager of this location I would be really concerned after reading all of these reviews. Good luck in the future.

TAKE WING AND FRY. Better yet, fry your shoes. The taste and texture would be the same as these wings. OR, buy wings from Wing Stop or Pizza Hut or the alley behind Phu Tuts Chinese Grill and sneak them in under your trench coat to watch football.
These wings come from anorexic chickens.
Think chicken jerky with bones.
Nitra is an excellent waitress.
Time to go home and floss.

My husband and kids went in for an after movie meal. We were sat and waited about 15 min for a server to acknowledge our presence. We ordered the drinks and food with 3 appetizers. We never got our drinks. Appetizers never arrived. The bad thing was we were only one of the four tables in there. We left and went to On The Border. I doubt they noticed.

Good service. Good food. Went once on a Friday night, had a feeling similar to being in a mosh pit, extremely loud music. Have eaten here 4 – 5 times overall a pleasant dining experience.

Rubbery chicken and a lazy staff! If you expect to get good service than think again. Wingstop is a much better choice if you want wings in Texarkana.

We went here for a girl’s night, and my stepmom and I shared the Parmesan Garlic wings with an order of Fried Pickles, and the Parmesan Garlic wings are WAY WAY too stout! We couldn’t even eat 2 of them, even drowned in Ranch didn’t fix it! But the fried pickles were some of the best I had ever had. For good wings, I guess Wingstop is the best in the area.
