Golden Corral

Ugh, this place can make you gain 20lbs. There’s so much food and it’s always fresh and there’s enough patrons to prove it. Lunch weekday is when I went and it’s $ 8.99 which isn’t bad considering they have such a big selection. Also, they have senior discounts for over 60 so there’s a lot of senior citizens there. This is the only Golden Corral I’ve been to so I don’t know how it compares but it’s pretty delicious. I would so rather go here than say Furr’s.
Their Brussel sprouts, yellow squash, sweet potatoe casserole are delicious. Their breads are nice and fluffy. If you don’t like meat, there’s a abundance of raw veggies and cooked. I would go there for the veggies.
Service is nice and they take away your plates. I think hot coffee is free as well but idk, they might have changed that.

Hamburger steak was bland without seasonings. Meat loaf was medicore. Mashed potatoes was the best, had good flavor and was on point. philly cheese steak sandwich was to salty. Devil eggs didn’t even remotely test accurate. Roast was fair and needed salt and pepper. Fried shrimp was good. Fried okra was okay. Rolls are good but just spending time wit my fiancé gets a star because I always have great time wit him.

Went today had been BEGGIN my boyfriend to take me for over a week now and I finally get there and the food was horrible! The catfish was not good the baked potatoes where dry saled bar very slim and the pea saled tasted old. I was very disappointed

Food is always fresh and hot, usually have friendly servers. Just very busy, it’s better if you don’t go during the main lunch rush.
