SLOW SLOW SLOW!!! The chicken had better be fresh here cause I think they kill them after you order. I have never seen a drive thru at a chick-​fil-​a move so slow!

Usually Chick’s have the drive thru down to a quick science. Not this one.
Only reason I’m still here is cause I already promised the kiddos. Will not be back!

I know franchise places are all supposed to be consistent, but this specific Chick-​Fil-​A is so much better than any other. We eat at Chick-​Fil-​A a lot, in different parts of town, and we know when we’re at The Colony because of two things: (1) The high-​quality service, and (2) the huge portions of Ice Dream. There’s not a single employee at The Colony Chick-​Fil-​A that doesn’t impress. It’s everything you expect from Chick-​Fil-​A and then exceeds that. I don’t know if they just hire the right people or if it’s proper management, but kudos to the owner/​operator. And this sounds petty but I’m «very experienced» so I can confidently say The Colony Chick-​Fil-​A serves larger Ice Dream portions than any other store. I’ve seen them fill the cup, then smack it on the counter to compress it, then fill it some more – ensuring that your «small» is as heavy as the «large» at other stores. Everybody serves big portions, every time, and it’s very appreciated. ;-)

When I do fast food it’s Chick-fil-A…most of the time. I love this business and concept. It is fast, to spec, friendly and consistent. Today, I just need a quick midday snack. The spicy Chicken Sandwich did the trick. This location is very clean. The parking is ok, the Main St. out in front of them is all jacked up, due to construction… but it won’t stop me from going back.

My kids are obsessed with chick fil a, is delicious! Very very friendly staff, always clean.

Let me start by saying we love CFA, but I have never been to a Chick-​fil-​a without a changing table in the restroom! Since this location was recently renovated, you would think they would have added changing tables. I think any parent would agree that it is an innconvienece & uncommon for a family friendly restaurant like CFA. Needless to say, we will be be finding another CFA location to frequent.

Love this Chickfila out of all the ones in the DFW area, staff are always very friendly, the food is always hot and fresh, and the tables are always clean no matter how busy. The owner is personable and checks on the customers. This chickfila deserves all 5 stars.

Not a fried chicken fan so I rarely go to Chick Fil A – except I love their waffle fries, soaked (and I mean SOAKED) with their honey roasted bbq sauce. Ordered (online) their chicken minis and biscuits for early am pickup and there was no wait. Service was courteous and friendly — and with a smile!

Always a great choice for a family. Cheaper than McDonald’s and FAR better service. It’s always clean and stocked with ketchup, napkins, etc. I also love that they always donate to school fundraisers and offer PTA fundraising nights.

Gotta love the Chicken biscuit sandwich and deluxe sandwich. Always love their service. This location is always friendly and clean.

Ok, up front, I hate the politics of this corporation. That out of the way, this location is excellent and puts out some pretty great fast food. The salads are always fresh and tasty, and the soup is delicious. Oddly enough, I don’t care for the chicken sandwiches, other than the chicken salad. The staff is always ALWAYS friendly and accommodating.
Tortilla soup is off the seasonal menu for now, but they have brought on a very lovely yogurt parfait for summer.

This is a terrific Chick-​fil-​a. The staff is outstanding, extremely prompt and pleasant. The food is always cooked perfectly. I love Chick-​fil-​a and I go to this one all the time!

For the record, this is not a review of the food at Chick-​Fil-​A. I can’t eat anything here. BUT, I do take my niece and nephew on occasion and I can go on the record as saying I’ve always received pleasant service from the staff.
I’ve also seen them provide coupons to organizations around the community to pass out at events, etc so I know they support the community.

This location is ALWAYS on top of their game. Good is awesome along with the service. Love their breakfast burritos with chicken!

Great Place to come for some good food, great lemonade, and a very ‘friendly’ environment.
Where better to spend Saturday at 6:30AM

I’m a BIG fan of this location since I was the 100^th customer the other day and got my lunch for free. How cool is that?
I didn’t even know Chick Fil A did that but it certainly made my day. I had a great experience and the food was hot and tasty and correct so I was happy!
Wait time was minimal. Gone both at lunch on the weekend and breakfast and service and wait time both times were satisfactory.
Definitely plan on going back!

It pains me, I mean really pains me to not give them five stars but finally! Finally I have had enough!
I love chicken… I love chick fil a but this location has some work.
I pick up breakfast from here two days a week, (closest one) I get the chicken biscuit and water.
1. Multiple times I have gotten nasty brown and black floaties in my water… non of the other places have this… do they clean it?
2. On occasion like today I asked for the parfait, I get to the window, she takes my money then as she is returning my change she adds,“oh by the way we are out of parfaits, here is a coupon that if you buy five you’ll get a free one.” WTF this flicks my buttons…
3. The chicken had too many fatty pieces in it… bread was dry and burnt.
Like I said its not always but I’m tired of sporadic service I always get.
Manager should fix what their employees mess up. Final
Oh and if I ask for honey they give me one… one packet! I asked for more one time and they said they couldn’t because somebody hadn’t gone to the back and got a new box opened… I have worked fast food… everything is A. stocked up night before or B. stocked up before opening… and I got there at 9:15 and they have a busy rush 7:30 to 8:30 plenty of time to get fresh food.

The line is always long but it seems to fly by quick. I was the 100^th customer on Monday so my breakfast was free! I love chick-​fil-​a!!! Customer service at this location is great, I go here at least twice a week.
