Lamour Nails

Worst customer service ever had to deal with. I rarely write reviews but this royally ticked me off and just continued to get worse…
I get there a little busy I pick out my color and walk to the pedicure area. I sit down no one told me how long it would be. I’m okay with busy… but talk to your customer.
I sit for about 10 minutes my nail Polish falls to the floor and someone picks it up and puts it on their cart. then put it away a few mins later when I said it was my color. she then came over to do my toes…
She is cleaning my toes and rams a piece of metal that cleans underneath I said ow and flinched. She said nothing. goes to other foot does the same thing I respond same way and she looked at me and said it’s ok it doesn’t hurt.
Another customer sitting next to me we both happen to be on our phones the one doing my toes looks at us in disgust that we were on our phones and said something to those around her about it.
Lastly I suggested that my flip flops were on the floor to put them on because I was expecting to leave within 45 mins normal time for a pedicure. not almost an hour and half. she said no, later. I’m annoyed.

Super ticked went in for a fill and was told it would be $ 30 my nails cost 35 to put on. Ive had to friends say no to a lip wax that they did anyways resluting in a red swollen upper lip for two days. (One being my maid of honor right before the wedding) Sanitation is minimal and salon very old and outdated. If im paying top price im going to a high end salon where I get what im paying for!!!

Usually come here in the summer for a pedicure. Not a fancy place but they do follow very good sanitation rules. Often very busy but very friendly. Have never had a bad manicure and prices are reasonable.
