Decided to pop in at this store on my way home even though I was feeling a bit ill. I’m soooooo glad I did! There was only one salesperson there and he was helping another customer when I came in so I was on my own several minutes. I was trying beds when this guy walked in the store just started helping me and giving me advice on beds because I was using my cane in the store because I have back problems. I immediately thought this is setup for the salesperson and clearly this guy is the head honcho. The salesperson was looking like who is this guy stealing my thunder?!? After I selected the bed, he said that was the exact bed he slept on and didn’t want to influence my decision. He then said he was the CEO of the company unbeknownst to the salesperson and cut me a deal even more on the same price to ensure I got a good bed. They also sell furniture out of catalogs. You can price items other places and see if they have it there and they will give you a much better deal. This place doesn’t do advertising other than word of mouth and flyers in the mail. The building doesn’t look like much. Despite that, the customer service is grade A!!! I highly recommend this place for your mattress needs! Why spend more at those other places to cover their overhead cost when you can get a quality bed here?! I would definitely buy from them again and again!

These people are unethical to the core. They had a sign about close out sale with no credit check. We applied and were told they needed 3 months bank statements and a voided check. I sent everything and they wanted more history which I sent. We were discriminated against and now they have all our info but won’t return our calls. Please STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!! Scam!!!

Grant is phenomenal! I’ve been a customer since I first moved to Frisco. Grant makes sure that I am 100% happy with my purchase. They have really great specials and are pretty quick with delivery. I’d recommend them to everyone!
