All I can say is WOW! I worked with Jeff who had only been there for 4 days and we was great. He got me the exact mattress I was looking for and that for my budget. He even found a way to get me a better deal by getting me the floor model in another store. He then worked with me and got my 0% financing from 12 months to 18. The best part about Jeff is when he called the delivery team they could not get it to me the same day. So Jeff offered to bring it to me himself after he got off work on his own time and in his own truck! Best service I have had hands down. Jeff is a great guy and a great salesman. Mattress HQ is the way to go if you’re in need for a new mattress!

Probably one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
The place looks fantastic and it’s well organized. The prices are great.
Customer service was great until I had to encountered Ivan. His knowledge was decent but seemed to be checked out not really caring about me, the customer.
The worst part of my experience was Ivan’s hygiene. No one wants to buy a product as they’re trying to escape the salesmen.
Will not be returning

My fiancé and I had an excellent time buying a mattress from David. We tried 3 different stores before finding someone who could help us. Would definitely recommend his store to those searching for a mattress, David really knows his mattresses.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Mattress HQ. David was a super big help and we were able to get an great deal on a King Pillowtop. We have looked at many places for mattresses and thought we would check this store out because the big box stores just weren’t giving us the customer service we were looking for. We would definitely get another mattress here. Give this store a look before you make your final decision. Great selection!
