McDonald’s

This McDonald’s is awful! They NEVER get the order right. I can’t remember the last time I went through the drive thru & actually left with the whole order. Always something missing from the bag. Most of the employees are rude & will argue with you about your order they got wrong. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else!!!

Food was cold! Two sandwiches and both ice cold! Buns barely toasted… returned for full credit.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The employees are so rude. And the manager too. They have the worst attitude everytime I go there. There is just one short girl that’s always smiling and being polite but the rest of the employees are really rude. I think I’m gonna start driving to another mcds. This one sucks.

I’ve lived in that neighborhood for 15 years and it’s startling at how quickly that McDonald’s has gone downhill. It’s now a roll of the dice, whether you go in for lunch or for breakfast, if you’re going to get food that’s edible. Long waits, Incorrect, cold, and hard are the words I would use to describe the food that has lately come out of this McDonald’s.

First off it is Mc Donalds. It is what it is. But they often don’t provide napkins in the drive thru, there is one tall guy with dark hair who must be the owner’s kid, because that is the only way he could keep his job being as rude as he is!!! Never a thank you, drop dead or die. Gives you your change back like you have some mega disease, then slams the sliding door. Only salvation is the Hispanic lady in the second window who is always smiling and says thank you! Inside, the restaurant has gone down hill on cleanliness. Play place is nasty, windows filthy and tables often dirty with the stains from prior patrons. When they did the «up scale» remodel by Baybrook Mc Donalds, it was a crown jewel. Now it is a rundown burger place, where many of the staff simply don’t care. And if you go inside to place an order and watch the managers, you will understand why. Sorry, not a fan at all!

I don’t got to McDonalds because I love the food, I go because it’s cheap and fast. Only down side is my lunch order is never right when I go through the drive-​throu. Will always go inside from now on

One of the best Micky D’s around. Always very clean with very nice employees.

Not a good McDonalds. Food is badly cooked and tastes as though they rarely change the oil. Much better new one between here and Little Elm. Keep driving!
