1.25 Dry Clean Supercenter of the Woodlands

Decided to try this dry cleaner out after to moving to the area. Dropped off a few brand new shirts to be dried cleaned. They stained the shirts and were unable to remove the stains. After this experience, I will not use their services again.

I was looking for some decent dry cleaners to go to on my way to work, and I saw some great reviews for this place. I had originally picked this location because I read a review that said, «Same day cleaning,» but that wasn’t true.
I dropped of a cocktail dress (polyester), and was pretty happy about the price. I believe I payed $ 3, which is amazing compared to some places in the Woodlands area. I dropped off the dress around 8:30AM. After I had pre-​payed, the woman told me it would be ready for pick-​up the next day after 5… I had a mini-​panic attack and told her I needed the dress tonight and she was kind enough to tell me «she’d sneak it in for today.» I came back around 6:30, and voila! It was done!
Dress came out perfect with no damage done. The place is a little old/​sketchy looking, but overall price, service, and speed was efficient!

Having just moved from Sugar Land I was looking for a dry cleaning place that launders and folds my husbands shirts. Tried this place and we were happy the first time.
we thought we found our place with a good price and took shirts back the next week. And oh dear it all went downhill. The folded shirts were wrinkled, not in individual bags like every place will give it in (even they put it in individual bags the first time), they use a board to fold the shirt and keep it in shape and this time they never folded it as per the board. Took it back and the employee said it wasn’t right and she didn’t know what to say, it was unacceptable and was sorry.
But then her manager came over — OH GOD who made her a manager. She said she was surprised that’s how the shirts were delivered. Well a manger should make sure her staff delivers and there is some quality check she has in place so that neither she nor customers are surprised. No apology whatsoever. All she said in the end was She can redo them but they won’t be ready until Monday (this was on a Friday afternoon). I refused that because my husband travels Monday morning and needs his shirts for the week. I guess we can press and fold them better at home for this time.
The other location of dry clean super center doesn’t have great reviews either (from what I read not first hand experience) so maybe i’ll stay away from this company.
The search continues for a good dry cleaning place.

They did a good job with my suit and shirt and were very reasonable with the price it was $ 5.82 for the suit. Dropped it off at like 10:30 AM and got it back the next day. Good service

Great same day service! In by 8.30 and your cleaning is ready by 5pm same day (store is open until 7). Only $ 1.25 to launder and press a shirt — less than half what they want to charge me in California!
So today I dropped off 16 shirts, 3 more shirts for dry-​cleaning and 3 dresses and the whole bill was only $ 45. Never had any problems to date, staff courteous enough, prices can’t be beat.
5 stars!!!

They are always fast and efficient. They get the items taken care of that same day in most cases. There are not a lot of cleaners around that do that any more. The service is always good and I have never had a problem with one of my garments… fingers crossed ay.
