I could seriously eat here every single day! It is by far the best sandwich I’ve ever had! My fav is the turkey bacon ranch. It’s amazing every single time. It’s always hot and fresh and overflowing with toppings. Now that I’ve had Firehouse, it’s hard to imagine going anywhere else for a sandwich! Please never change!

I love how they offer healthier options; however, I got the chicken salad last week and just wasn’t blown away by the taste. To each their own. Now fast forward to today and I have decided I am not going back. I ordered another healthy option, the Capt Sorensens Detail Pepper Grilled Chicken, which was awful. The piece of chicken was twice the size of the bread and it was slathered with so much sauce that I couldn’t taste anything else or barely hold it since the bread was soaked. It was disgusting. In addition, my co worker said his sub was doused in ranch. They like to go heavy on the sauce apparently! Yuck. Not happy.

As subs go, these guys make some really good stuff. They heat the subs, something I am not a fan of, so i order mine with toasted bread and cold meat. Love the turkey with swiss and bacon. Best part: They have an amazing selection of hot sauces.

Sandwiches always taste great and friendly service. Convenient location for a quick bite to eat. Sandwiches are much better than Subway…

I typically looooooove firehouse, however, trying to convince my boyfriend they are delicious, we ordered to go. They got my order wrong. I called to let them know, they offered their apologies and got my address to send a gift card. Fast forward six months, still nothing. I won’t be back, so sad to me because I love it so much.

Nice place, quick friendly service. Only a handful of customers in(just before 5pm), so the dirty tables and floor that needed swept had no excuse hence only four stars. My brisket & cheddar sandwich came quickly and was nice and warm. The sandwich was a lot smaller than I envisioned based on the giant photos on their menu boards. However, the bread and brisket melted in my mouth like butter and I could really taste the smoked flavor. The sandwich definitely lived up to it’s hype. Overall, better than the usual sandwich shops.

Meh. I don’t get it. Had an italian. One step above Subway. Staff was pleasant. Place was clean. Compare to chain sandwich places anywhere. It has potential but… Meh.

These sandwiches are very impressive. They greet you right away when you walk in and very friendly and quick. The load your sandwich up with ingredients so it is never weak looking. Every sandwich I have tried so far has been on point. I give it a 5 star for everything!

I love love love the brisket sandwich! It’s to die for! It’s around 30 dollars for two adults and a kid but I love my sandwich so much that it is worth it!

Not sure what the hype is about this place. First time there ordered a meatball sub. There was enough sauce on this sandwich to render it inedible. Just a giant puddle of soggy red dough. Staff was friendly enough though but I will spend my lunch $$ elsewhere.

Good, but not great. Yet it’s probably the best meatball sub I’ve had in years. The hot sauce rack is awesome. I might update my review higher when I’ve been a few times. Pretty impressive.

Yum! Love the new healthy options, and the staff was super friendly! They accommodated my picky vegetarian daughter, and I liked that they have lots of different combo options. It was really busy there that day, which probably is pretty typical, but the everyone took the time to say hello and made us welcome.

I had the Smokehouse Brisket(I think this is what they call it) and it was delicious! They don’t slop the sauce on, which I can appreciate. I hate eating a sandwich and your hands are covered and the bread falls apart b/c it is so saturated. This was flavorful without overuse of condiments. I will be back!

The staff there is very immature and inexperience. We will never go again because they called my husband stupid to his face. I’ve never had such a bad experience like this in my life!

My husband and I eat here at least a couple of times a week. We love Firehouse Subs and we like how consistent they are with service and food. However, I cannot trust the staff to make my take out order how I ordered it, so I always have to go in and make the order. It is nothing major, just a bit inconvenient and annoying at times. They are just small issues like using spicy mustard instead of the requested honey mustard or putting mayo on when I had told them no mayo. Lately, I’ve been hooked on their Italian sub!

Since Firehouse subs is an up and coming franchise… I’ll post the negative here… the steak and cheese was a big let down. Very little cheese, Very little taste(maybe salt & pepper would do ya good.) The chips were good(Ms Vickies in a bag) and the bottled water.

Firehouse is the house of ‘Ya Gottas.’ Ya gotta love the sound of the ENTIRE staff yelling«Welcome to Firehouse!» when you walk in, every time, whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth. Ya gotta get a fireman’s hat — easy to get if you’ve got a minion with you. Be prepared to get funny looks if you don’t. Ya gotta know that ‘fully involved’ means loaded to the max: mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion. It’s okay to ask to skip some topping or double up on others! Ya gotta try The Steamer, but if that’s not your thing, trust me, a turkey sub is just as good! Or, take my son’s advice and try the juicy, cheesy meatball sub loaded with provolone cheese and a couple shakes of oregano. Ya gotta stop in Sunday afternoons when the TVs are all set to NFL. It’s a great place to enjoy a bite and watch the game without the ear-shattering ruckus a few doors down at Buffalo Wild Wings. Ya just gotta try Firehouse!

This is my favorite sub place that I have ever tried, it might not be saying much because I generally hate sub places. I would come here every night if I could. I get the brisket sandwich and it is phenomenal! They use quality products and it shows, you can taste the difference. The workers are nice, the place is clean. They have a ton of sauces for you to use, ranging in heats from mild to scald-your-mouth make-you-want-to-die hot. I would recommend Firehouse Subs to anyone! I wish I had tried it sooner.

Great hot sauce variety. The 357 made me tear up a bit but tasty! I had the Hawaiian pork sammy which was just great! Tender, dripping and good balance of meat to slaw. Large sandwich that really hit the spot! We so had an Italian that was not my favorite but pretty good. Good chip selection and I’m loving those new drink machines with 100+ options. The staff was super friendly which is saying a lot if you see my other reviews of staff. They greeted us at the door and walked us through the menu and ordering process and even hot sauces since we were newbies.
