One star is pushing it! The last few times we’ve been here, we’ve had horrible service, yet we keep coming back because it’s close to home. Tonight we arrived at 8:15pm ordered our food at 8:25. Didn’t get our food until 9:27pm! The waiter only checked on us once between then. When we asked him what was taking so long we didn’t even receive an apology. It was just excuse after excuse. When we did finally get our food it was cold! Which means it was sitting our for a while before someone even brought it to us. BWW needs to either saff accordingly to accommodate more patrons, especially during promotional events or open up another location near by. It’s ridiculous how busy they are that their own staff can’t stop at a table more than once to check on their customers. We are NEVER coming here again. This was BWW last chance to redeem themselves and they failed!

Hit or miss on the wings, that’s if they are cooked thoroughly all the way, I mean, wings should always be cooked all the way! Been here multiple times where they were not finished being cooked! The fries are horrible, I got the cheese fries with bacon, don’t waste your time on those, you will be disappointed. EVERY time I come here, service is awful. Not sure if they are understaffed trying to save money or what, but your waiter will leave you hanging for a long time because they are running around super busy trying to help everyone. Was ready to leave but our waiter would not come back! Waited 25 minutes until I just walked to the front and paid at the counter. This place has really gone down hill in service, but I am willing to give another location a shot.
(A little rant I have about their menu, not this locations fault, is how their wing sizes don’t state how many wings come with it. They are just labeled as «snack size, small, medium, or large.)

I think the food was delicious! The mushrooms, French fries, and the buffalo wings are the specialty here. I ordered it with Honey BBQ sauce, and it was SO savory and delicious. They put a lot of sauce on the wings, so don’t use your phone!
The service was pretty good. We were seated within two minutes, but it took us a while to get ordered, so I thought something was wrong.
The restaurant is extremely loud with everyone screaming over each other constantly. There were TVs with every Colorado team sport so people could watch. The place was definitely meant for men. They served beer and had a bar area for them.

It’s really loud, so it’s not the best place to go if you want to talk. However, if you want to just get some drinks its pretty decent. The food was alright, the boneless wings were not very meaty. The onion rings and mushrooms were delicious. For 4 drinks, 20 wings/​appetizer, and kids mac was almost 70 $ so its expensive. Plus they charge for dressings which is weird. The server was training a lady i guess so we had two but they never mentioned the training till the main server blamed the trainee for not splitting the bill correctly.
It was mediocre, kinda bar like. Food was ok, kinda expensive.

This place keeps going downhill. Menu has shrunk to very little variety or choice, as have the variety of beers. This time, my boyfriend ordered a beer from the menu, and the waiter asked what he wanted if that one was not available, which it wasn’t. Waiter was not very friendly and at one point was rude and made a smart comment — no smile and it did not feel like he was joking. Food wasn’t horrible but definitely better at many places elsewhere with better variety and service.

It took our waiter 10 minutes to come and give us service once we were sat down. He never came and checked on us to see how were we doing. I had to get up and talk to a manager in order to get napkins and plates. Never coming here again!!!

Second time here. First experience didn’t go so well at all but this time was huge improvement. Owe it to the server Candace. She was on point at every turn, our checks split (9 guys total), knew everyone’s drink for refills. Candace made it a good time, but our last visit sucked ass.
This place has its moments.
I’ll mention Candace once more, as she is the reason why we had a good experience with no problems.

Worst BWW I think I have ever visited. Disorganized and rude. Waited 30 mins for our waitress to take our drink order. Finally had to go to the bar and get my own drink order. She finally showed up after my app arrived. Seemed very put out that she had take our order. Placed a food order and almost all of it wasn’t right. Not your typical BWW experience n

Ordered to go for a Broncos game party I was hosting. The online wait time was stated as an hour. I showed up after an hour, but still had to wait almost an hour in store because the order wasn’t ready when I got there. 2 hours for a takeout order is ridiculous.
Even worse, there was no effort made by management to update myself (or the dozen other waiting customers) as to when we might expect our food. It was terribly unimpressive customer service.

I must be a glutton for bad service here. I keep thinking this time will be better. WRONG! My wife ordered a chicken wrap and received a burger instead. It took so long to get it we had to order it to go. My daughter ordered a wrap with sweet barbecue and it came out dry. My boneless wings were over cooked. We did receive a discount after requesting to speak with the manager, but it seemed they were just as irritated with us as we were with them. I’m done with this place.

To the wait staff that completely ignored me and my family, we wont be back. I understand it’s busy but you couldnt even wait for me to answer questions before you started walking away. Completely rude and a waste of money. I work in the service industry and the way me and my family were treated tonight was completely unacceptable!

If I could give less stars I would… wings took 45 mins, we ordered to go and sat at the bar. Got a crazy excuse that to go was booked? Either way, horrible experience… couple next to us said they only come here when they have time to wait… ridiculous

I go to bww all over, all of the time. This one might be the best I have been to. I had a pretty crazy order due to my pregnant friend and the server was really awesome. The general manager came over just to check on our table and she was really nice. Despite some crazy lady who was complaining about things beyond anyone’s control, all of the staff seemed to handle it professionally. Unfortunately, I think they are used to people acting like that in that :/

Sooo… my boyfriend wanted wings. We figured that if we ordered take out, then we wouldn’t have to deal with their horrible service. WRONG! TOTALLY WRONG! First, they said 20mins for 15 wings. They ran out of the flavor we wanted. Whatever. 20 minutes was actually 40 minutes. We got home and we got 10 wings. We paid for 15. 5 wings is like a small order. Never again. We should have known better.

B-​Dubs should be Snubbed. My wife and I were excited about the menu changes & the change in décor, but that was short lived but the long wait to be seated. When the food got to us my chicken was dry. My wife’s Buffalo Chicken sandwich didn’t have cheese on it. She ordered a salad with no carrots, it came out with carrots. We were told there was new help in the kitchen. It server was fantastic but not enough to warrant a 2nd visit.

Never written a review on here before but just had the worst experience with this place. Food took almost an hour to come out which is ridiculous considering we ordered wings and fries. Server said it was because it was boneless Thursday, it wasn’t busy at all when we ordered at 530pm. Food came out cold which was nice. This happens almost every time I go to this location, food takes much longer than it ever should. Won’t return after this has happened 3 – 4 times the past 4 months.

Thornton, Colorado– Based on the staff we see milling about we cannot figure out any reason our small table for four should have to wait 45 minutes for wings, salads, and a basic sandwich. All of the fries are cold and my sandwich had only lettuce and tomato because kitchen staff «forgot» the rest. The last time we went here we waited about 40 minutes and we hoped that was an isolated incident. We are taking Buffalo Wild Wings out of our rotation swiftly and happily.

I frequent this location quite often, everytime I am treated well. However, upon my latest visit at about 3pm (trying to beat the dinner rush) I was told we would have a 15 minute wait despite the fact that their were empty tables everywhere. 15 minutes came and went and we were still not seated or given an update. With no apparent table in sight I decided to bail. I was very disappointed and they for sure lost a «regular» customer. It wasn’t so much the wait that disturbed us, it was the lack of communication and the refusal to seat us despite their being empty booths and tables all over.

Worst costumer service ever!!! Have been to many BWW and this one is the worst… Food was cold when we got it, our waitress completely ignored us most of the time, had to ask for water 3 times. Also had to ask other waiters for extra stuff.
Will not be going back their anytime soon!

This buffalo wild wings is amazing their happy hour is great. The staff is amazing and you can never beat the sauces. This is by far the best chain I have ever been to with regards to wings. I love the mango haberno and love the blazing challenge. Come here
