As we left the restaurant, I felt a film of grease in my mouth! This is NOT a real seafood restaurant… I’m sure the majority of everything was frozen. Honestly, we knew before we went; but, we had a gift card we had to use. The food was tasteless and just saturated in oil and butter. The vegetables did not taste fresh, the side salad was pretty pathetic, and it was overall just a below average meal overall. Our waiter was on point and the beer was cold, but that’s about it. Next time we’ll just to McDonalds… A place where the grease has some«real» flavor!

The Great: staff was great, coconut shrimp with the sauce was banging, and my water was always replenished. The not so great: Crab leg meat was like pouring salt in your mouth, main entrees were brought out more than 5 minutes apart, and I feel the prices are a little high for the quality provided in seafood.

Just ate food from this restaurant. Have to ask… under new management? The salad was mangled, do they not get fresh vegetables? Our sauce tasted as if it were from a mix and not very tasty. Management seemed uncaring and nonexistent. We have been going to this restaurant for years and now I have to say I will travel as far as I need to to avoid this location from now on. I love red lobster and must admit this one must have some unhappy workers or maybe they just stopped carding about quality. I’m very sad. I agree one star is way too many. be warned!

If I was a millionaire, I’d just rent a room in a red lobster and eat there three times a day. From th ebiscuits, to the lobster ritas, to the crab and shrimp. This place is as yummy as it gets!

Giving this red lobster a one star is two too many. Started off as having to wait 25 minutes with empty tables all over. Went to the restroom it smelled like urine and feces. Looks like nobody had cleaned it at least all day. After we were seated, we waited another 10 minutes with no one to greet us. Asked if we could sit in one of the booths in the bar. The hostess said you can sit at the table top but the boots you cannot. So when we finally got sat, 25 minutes later, it was the booth in the bar that was empty, along with four others. We have come to this red lobster before and had a horrible experience. However, we thought it would be nice to give them another try. If you want to go to a good Red lobster I would suggest going to the one in Northfield. They probably make you wait, so it looks like they’re busy and they’re good restaurant when really they suck.

First of all I went to the crab fest witch looked good. But when I went there it was disappointing because the mozzarella sticks were nasty and tasted frozen. When I got the dish I looked good but when I tasted it was gross. The crab was dry and my mom asked for corn not sweet potatoes so they messed up bad and the potatoes were not even good. So it was a rather gross a disappointing meal I can make it better for less for the money. It was over run with old people like with management. It looked like the Stone Age

Food was standard Red Lobster fare, though I was slightly disappointed that they didn’t have my favorite lunch item on the menu, which is the sailor’s platter. This comes with scampi, fried shrimp, and a broiled fish filet. Lunch portions are small; I did the«build your own» for $ 11.99. I think I got six pieces of scampi and 10 fried shrimp. I would have been better off ordering the dinner portion for a couple of extra dollars. I would note that lunch does come with salad and a side dish. Our server Holly was courteous but didn’t seem like she truly enjoyed her job. She did provide refills in a timely manner and made sure we had enough of the cheddar bay biscuits. There’s nothing to write about that would merit a complaint, but there wasn’t anything exceptional about the visit either.

Meal was nice here, but did feel as though we were on a bit of a conveyor belt and it was as quick as they could get us in and out. There were no drinks prices on the menu, and drinks were expensive.

Red Lobster has large quantity meals for a reasonable price. Tonight, our party of 5 started with stuffed mushrooms which were very rich and tasty. I had the shrimp lettuce wraps, which were pretty decent. My party collectively had the lobster pizza, blackened salmon, ultimate feast and the sirloin. We all seemed to enjoy the food. The never ending biscuits are delicious and they have a good selection of beer and other alcoholic drinks. The service was good. The hostess stand said the wait would 20 – 25 min and were seated in 5 minutes(HUGE plus!). The service was also good. In general, Red Lobster has decent food with good service. During weekend and Lent… expect a long wait!

Finally talked my husband into taking me to Red Lobster, Northglenn, Colorado. I ordered coconut shrimp and he ordered a hamburger. He isn’t a big fan of fish. The waitress brought his hamburger, put it down on the table and quickly walked away. The hamburger had no ketchup, mustard or onion and not even a pickle. We waited and waited for the waitress to return so we could ask for the condiments, but no waitress. Finally, after 10 min. the manager came over and she went and fetched the condiments. By then, the hamburger was COLD. My coconut shrimp was fine, no problem. But, if they put hamburgers on the menu, then they should know how to serve them.

I’ve been coming to this place since I was a kid. Growing up it had to be a special occasion or my parents got a bonus or raise for us to come here. Now as a grown up, it’s become a pretty regular establishment. The food here is mediocre. Nothing too outstanding or great. I used to love the Crab Alfredo but over the years it’s become more runny and too buttery. The rest of the food doesn’t really have any bold flavors. The service here is also pretty standard. I’ve never had any issues. It’s an okay place to get some seafood if you’re in the area. If they ever stop serving their Cheddar Bay Biscuits, I doubt they will still be in business.

FOOD — The lobster bake was good. The lobster pizza was okay as the lobster were extra dry. The Virgin Sunset Passion Pina Colada was good. SERVICE– We were promptly seated. The hostess told us they do a free kids ice cream for birthday. However, our waitress charged us for it. She said they don’t offer free birthday ice cream. Why the different answers?

How is this chain still in business? Corporate needs to do a complete overhaul. Super outdated. The menu is far to large. I’ve been sitting at the bar for 10 minutes and have heard multiple servers and managers bitching about customers. Honestly it just feels old gross and I will never come back to a red lobster with so many fresh and awesome new local places out there. And the host guy was stoned or half asleep or something. He just stared at me when I walked in instead of greeting me with a smile. What a joke.

We go here every couple months, and went last night for dinner. The meal was great, but the lobster tails we got were unbelievably overcooked. Anyone who has ever cooked lobster should have been able to tell this just by touching the tail meat, but clearly the chef didn’t care. We ate the lobster, because it was still pretty tasty, and mentioned it to the waiter. He was happy to bring us a replacement, but I see that as a gross waste of food. I mentioned it to him so that he could mention it to the chef, and maybe also give us a discount for having served such overcooked seafood. Not sure that he did either, which is disappointing. Next time I’ll be sure to send everything back if it’s not perfect. Aside from that, perfect shrimp, perfect scallops, and perfect lobster.

Yikes ! The service at this place was horrible. Not just for me, but everyone around me. We were promptly seated, and that gets them 1 star. and that’s all I thought they were worth. We heard a customer grumble as we were being seated. We got our soup and salad — and found a hair in our soup. The Manager came and assured us that they follow all the precautions in the kitchen, and we let it go. Having committed such a blunder, I would have thought they would be more cautious with us. However, they followed it up by mixing water in my sprite. Meanwhile, we saw one waiter drop a plate of oysters right in front of us. I would have expected that they would take off the dish off the bill, but they did not. Again, not a big deal — but just shows the callousness. Finally –as we were leaving, we heard the manager talk to another guest about taking off 25% from their bill as they apologized. With so much going on within 2 hours, I can’t believe this place is capable of providing good service — please skip this place, unless you are starving to death.

Since closing down Red Lobster near Flat Irons mall when I first move here this is my go to place for Lobster especially take out. I’ve been here several times and although not the nicest décor when you walk in and very .well…Ghetto looking it does have great service and super Fast especially with the Limitless Shrimp. I’ve eaten the limitless shrimp atleast 7 times here and they are super fast and On IT! They don’t roll there eyes or drag there feet when you want a refill, In fact they sometimes bring you extra without asking which«I LOVE!» but ask you if you want more when they just gave you your fresh new order! It’s been like this Everytime and I love quick service because I only eat all you can eat or buffetts when I’m starving and don’t want to wait. I’ve taken out lobster meals, harbour meal and steak from this place and it’s always packed really good and the food is nice and hot. Though if you do get steak I’d say getting it rare because it cooks while driving home. I had medium and my 12 minute drive home cooked it well done. Just for those who don’t like dry meat. Well all in all this place is what I consider pretty cheap, especially for seafood and way below Joes crab shack prices which is my go to place for crab legs. I also always take my daughters here for lunch and love how it’s not so busy and I have time to bond with them.

Its a red lobster. you will not be surprised, you will not be disappointed, nor will you be overly impressed. Whatever you do don’t order the lobster. Order something safe like garlic /wine dunked shrimp. The lobster has been tough every time I have tried.
