Jack in the box leaves a lot to be desired. But what I will say is that most of their breakfast items are pretty decent, especially considering they serve ALL of their breakfast items 24⁄7!!! (Not just a few lame items that McDonalds thinks should constitute «all day breakfast» which it clearly does NOT!!!) but anyway, back to JITB! Breakfast croissant and biscuits are both pretty great day and night. But what really makes them a bomb ass spot to stop at late night or early AM is their fricken Churros!!! Them suckers are fresh,
Hot and tasty as heck all hours of the day and night! Y’all missin out if you don’t at least try the Churros! That is all!

Worst customer service, on two separate occasions I experienced rude people through the drive-​thru, BOTH who were «managers!». I don’t expect much honestly, but I will say I won’t be going back.

We stopped by last night /​this morning for dinner after a concert. We usually do because we don’t have a Jack in the Box anymore. We were the only ones in the drive through and the woman acted like it was a lunch rush. She was in such a hurry to figure out what size meal I wanted that she totally missed my request for curly fries.
I don’t know if she was getting off work soon or we annoyed her by showing up, either way she was shoving things out the window like she had someone whipping her.
I’m sure we’ll stop by again, next time I’ll be a little more forceful about what I want.

I come here for the churros, which are fantastic! I haven’t even tried anything else, but my husband loves the tacos. The staff is friendly and the service is pretty fast. Sometimes the churros aren’t warm enough and I can tell that they were not freshly made, and they don’t taste nearly as good when that happens.

I’ve never reviewed a fast food place before (seems like we all pretty much know what to expect), but these guys dropped the ball on every count tonight. Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger is missing bacon (and just tastes of pepper). Diet Coke is regular Coke (doesn’t fly for a Diabetic!). Fries have obviously been sitting under a heat lamp way to long. And to top things off, the drive thru attendant was incompetent and rude.
I normally enjoy Jack in the Box, but we definitely won’t be coming back to this one.

Not too fond of Jack in the Box burgers. They just seem flavorless.
The tacos they serve may not be traditional Mexican tacos but there’s something about Jack in th Box Tacos that I crave. Must be the fresh fried crunchy taco shell. And I actually really like their taco sauce.
When I stopped at the store as usual it was very clean, service is always very friendly, and when I asked for a water she gave me a large cup with ice.

Being from the east coast, this is the first Jack in the Box that I’ve ever been to. I love it! The menu is varied (everything from tacos to burgers to salads). The dining area is always clean. The service is good and fast. I like that you don’t have to stand around and wait for your order — they’ll bring it to you when it’s ready.
