If I could give them a half star I would! The staff is horrible and racist and incompetent! The portions are terrible and the shrimp there is never fresh and they had the nerve to tell me because I requested a fresh portion of 5 pieces of shrimp over a period of times trying to return & give them another chance — the manager told me not to return because I told her to give me the number to corporate. As if I would even return again to be treated unfairly just because they think they are worthy of another dollar of mine. Also corporate said they would call me and send coupons as a condolence — but I guess they reneged on their offer! I’m sure I would’ve had to spend money to get something anyway, so I guess its best they saved a tree!

I have stopped going to this location after today. Consistently slow and always have to wait on food.

I’d have to say the past 3 times I’ve been there I don’t know what I received, but it sure as hell wasn’t customer service. The first of the three times I had really good, fresh hot food that I’ve come to expect from panda, the later two I couldn’t even finish the food. I don’t know how long the food had been sitting there but it was no way fresh. I will not be going back to this location, possibly not any Panda Express again.

Good food & big portions. But sometimes the staff is hit or miss which can make or break the visit.

When are you businesses going to learn in a buffet style setting that after a certain time you need to throw away your food, too much of a gamble to eat here anymore. The food just sits and gets gross and if you come in after busy times good luck getting anything good that hasn’t been sitting around getting gross. I don’t get why anyone would eat this nappy slop when you have so many better options nearby.

We bought 2 kids order of walnut shrimp. The guy scooped out the walnut shrimp. He was about to close it up. And the lady came over and told him too much shrimp in each take out box. She went scooped out a few pieces of shrimp out of each to go boxes. REALLY! I work in the food industry. The restaurant industry have regulations and rules to obey by. we won’t go back of lack of customer service and respect. she could’ve waited till we left and then spoke to the gentleman. and they had 6 empty dishes. the kids said the rice was cold too.

I just phoned the store and Adrianna was more than happy to take my order! Walked in to a line of 20 – 25 people. Caught her eye at the cash register, gave a «phone at the ear» sign and my food was all ready to go! In and out in 5 minutes! Big shout out to Adrianna for GREAT customer service!!!

I have never been to a Panda Express besides at a mall. I mainly wanted to go there for just some orange chicken. Haven’t had it in a very long time. Was very disappointed in the rice. No flavor at all. Chicken was still delicious and full of flavor.

Well, it’s Panda Express, so I didn’t really go in expecting anything 5 star to begin with, but the first visit wasn’t too stellar. I ordered a 2 entrée combination plate and went with the Kung Pao Chicken and Broccoli Beef. The chicken was a bit off-grey in color once bitten into, the beef tasted really weird, and the broccoli had a really slimy texture for being broccoli — not to mention it was almost a 5 to 1 broccoli/beef ratio, as there were a literally only a few slices in there. The fried rice had a heavy onion taste to it, and was also a bit on the slimy/undercooked side. The chicken egg roll had some really weird spicing to it, and almost tasted like it might have been fried in oil that was too old. The self-service drink station had out of order signs on 4 of the 7 different selections, and not sure why, but somebody left a really dirty dishrag right in the middle of it all. Although the fortune cookie was great, it didn’t have the Chinese inscription on the back of the fortune like most of the others do. The dining area was pretty upscale in décor in comparison to some other locations I’ve been to. Fortunately, later visits were a much better experience.

Its what I expected, dang it. Shanghai anus steak beef was good, the egg roll was gross. It was mushy on the inside. I had one bite and chucked it. I wont go back got awhile. Medicore food for a medicore price.

The customer service is always awesome here. The food is fresh unless you’re strolling in right before they close. Overall I like it.

I’ve been to this one a couple times and it’s been good. The service was friendly and the food was good. We especially liked the Firecracker Chicken. It was a great spot to pick up a reasonably priced and quick bite. I’ll visit this panda express in the future and would recommend this one.

In a pinch for something fast and decent priced? This is a good choice. It is fast food, so you do get the standard differences between visits. Sometimes the food is fresh, sometimes not so much. Known for their orange chicken, the kung pao is pretty good too. Obviously not sit down quality, but at least things are not overly saucy like some restaurants. You can substitute vegetables for all entress instead of rice and lo mein if you are more health conscious.
