Quality products and great service. My only suggestion is that they should carry dairy or at least coffee creamer alternatives for people who are not dairy free.

Went in yesterday for a juice. I usually get the«fast eddy» but I was in the mood to try something different. Chelsea helped design the perfect juice for me! She was so sweet and made me a delicious and nutritious beverage!

I come here every morning for«The Mystic».(Wolverine for the girlfriend) Tastes great, very healthy, and keeps me full until lunch which is a HUGE plus. They use only the best ingredients and you can really tell. The staff there is awesome. Super friendly and always have a smile on their face which definitely helps to start the day. Met one of the owners the other day and he was really cool. I highly recommend this place over all the other healthy«juice smoothy» places. I have tried them ALL around this area and NONE come close.

Today we ended up with two smoothies that obviously did not have all the ingredients in yuk! When we told them it tastes nothing like the usual we got an attitude. Who is managing consistency or customer service here? Does anyone know whats supposed to go into each drink? If one cannot expect to get what they are ordering each time they come in, whats the point of ordering off the menu? Nothing but rude kids working behind the counter & when busy its no excuse to short the customer because someone cannot execute their job. When all the ingredients are in the item we’ve ordered its Just delicious! So my recommendation is try it immediately when they hand it to you & if its not right, get them to redo it, but you may have to deal with an attitude or worse.

This location has always given me some trouble. But I was really let down today after driving out to this location to get some much needed coffee before breakfast. After I got my cup I was told this location doesn’t have half n half. I proceeded to get hemp milk from the lackluster list of alternatives to a drink stapled with milk. Then, I used reduced stevia leaf to sweeten-no sugar option or brown sugar. Unreal. It’s safe to say that I’m pretty upset right now– I’ve been coming to sunlife since the first shop opened in malibu, but I won’t be giving the establishment any more service so long as this location down the street from my home operates that way. I’ve had problems all the time here. You shouldn’t serve the coffee if coconut milk with stevia is the only option to have in your cup. Ughhhhhh

Really cute shop at the lakes with a great selection. Products are quality! I do not appreciate that I wasn’t offered a receipt and made to feel as if this was an unreasonable request — two stars off for your mistake and then trying to embarrass me with a receipt request. I’m keeping 3 stars for the other good attributes and their community involvement.

Employees have horrible customer service. They didn’t even make my bowl. They gave me one a customer returned and the bowl was melted.

This place is super yummy! I have tried a few different smoothies, acai bowls, and baked good(chia muffin, yum!)from here and everything I have tried has been great. The Brazilian Bowl is my favorite. The bowls are a little pricey but are filling, so it’s worth it. Also the staff is friendly and are quick with orders.

What we got was definitely high quality and fresh, but the prices are a little high for the portions. We’ll be back once in a while for a healthy treat. Considering it’s location being at «The Lakes,» that extra couple of dollars was already totally expected. Overall win! ;)

The Hawaiian bowl is so good because the base is a thick acai sorbet instead of soft and smoothie-like. A little inconsistent though. The first time I ordered it, there was a tiny bit of sorbet on the bottom and a truckload of granola on top. The second time I ordered it, the bowl was a little more balanced! Happy! But they forgot the hemp seeds and coconut. Not happy! Their panini are a joke though. They’re almost $ 9 and they looked like little finger sandwiches in plastic to-go boxes for eat-in. The girls working thought we had ordered coffee so it took like 30 minutes for the panini to come out after they realized that the order wasn’t for coffee. The girls never made an effort to let us know about the delay due to their misunderstanding either. We had to approach them and ask what happened to our order. They just assumed we would happily wait half an hour for a tiny, little panini that I could’ve made in 5 minutes. I think there is a need for employee training to improve on customer service and consistency. The girls working here are long-haired tanned California beach-type girls, who add to the aesthetic of the place, but I think that hiring people who can distinguish the phonetic difference between«coffee» and«panini» is more important than hiring pretty faces. But the Hawaiian bowl is still good, so it’s still ok. If you’re in Malibu, try the one there on Heathercliff!

I’ve only tried a few things here so far… I mostly go in for the fresh coconuts, but every time I visit, I’m met with a smile and some very genuine and heartfelt service. I want to make my way through the menu, but for now I’ll just say that the ambiance, staff and drinks I’ve tried at Sunlife are all top notch :) The Malibu location is great too!

I love this place the juice drinks are delicious, and always well made. The bowls are out of this world and great for breakfast or anytime of the day. I am never disappointed with anything I get here. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. I will be coming here again soon.

First Timer’s: try the Brazilian Bowl I was a big fan of Sunlife’s Malibu location and couldn’t believe it when I was at the Lakes one day years ago and saw a sign that read«Coming Soon» It’s so nice having a legit juice place to go to amongst the suburbia.

Love this place. I’m officially hooked on a few of their smoothies. I usually get the WOLVERINE $ 8.95(banana, almond, date, coconut, maca, raw cacao, bee pollen, royal jelly, almond milk… I add the rice vanilla protein which cost extra) or the ATHLETE $ 8.95(banana, blueberry, glutamine, whey protein, flax, hemp milk… I replace the whey protein with plant protein). I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price. If it was a little less pricey I would be here every day. lol I normally visit the Thousand Oaks location. It’s very inviting, from the logo to the décor and friendly staff that greet me with smiles.

This place is so tasty! I absolutely love it here. It is conveniently located in the lakes shopping center right next to Unami burger and across the way from the civic arts plaza. The employees are extremely friendly and always ask how my day is going! I found it really cool how many selections they have to put in your smoothie such as hemp milk and a variety of protein boosts. I have to say hands down that the Brazilian bowl is my favorite bowl here. It is not like other acai bowls I have had which either has too much smoothie and not enough granola and fruit or vise versa. The bowls here are the perfect consistency, just the way I like them!

We’ve been to the 2 other Sunlife Organics in Malibu and today we made it out here to the Sunlife in Thousand Oaks! Ordered: 1) Wolverine — my husband always orders this & finds it delicious. Never fails. 2) Brazilian Bowl — this was my first time ordering an acai bowl at Sunlife and it was refreshing! :) Both items are $ 8.95. That’s expensive but nourishes your soul & body.

Great smoothie. Expensive compared to the average smoothie but you get what you pay for, people. Just beware of the amount of time it takes. I ordered a single smoothie, and it took about 26 minutes. I’ll give them that it was busy, but even still, 26 minutes is a cooked meal, not a raw smoothie. But perhaps I’m mistaken. They might have been growing the ingredients in the back, harvesting them and then refining them for use in their smoothie. But I doubt it. ;)

I stopped by here this morning to get a quick, healthy breakfast. I had the Brazilian bowl and it was amazingly delicious! If it was a little cheaper, I would have had another one! The location is gorgeous, too. Great place to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

I absolutely love Sunlife. Everything is organic and fresh. The staff is helpful and very accommodating, will go above and beyond so that you’re a happy customer. Much respect for them. The only«con» I have is that they’re a bit pricey, but I’m not complaining because everything is fresh and organic.

Been craving an acai bowl all weekend & finally tried this nearby place. Good ingredients, but very pricey for such a small bowl. They also didn’t make mine properly. The acai part of it was WAY too watery & everything was melted down, instead of being nice & thick like it should be! Basically was drinking it instead. Disappointing.
