I’m so sad to leave this review, because I used to love PF changs. It was always one of my favorite chains to go to, because it didn’t really feel like a chain and I could count on the food to be good. Last night when we ate here, the service was terrible! We couldn’t ever track down our waitress, I never got the drink I ordered(but it still appeared on the bill), and our water glasses were constantly empty. They didn’t make the special sauce, did they get rid of that altogether? Not sure. We ordered the lettuce wraps, which are still fantastic, luckily. The main course we ordered one of our favorites, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, which I’ve had lots of times before. This time, it was not crispy, and it was completely drenched in a sugary sauce. Not even a bit spicy! I’m not sure if the menu changed or what, but we were very disappointed. Not sure if we will be back.

I have to be honest and give the food three stars but the restaurant gets four because our server Loren was incredible. There are some that give great service but you can still tell it’s just a job. Loren was so great and so genuine that it made the whole experience great. I used to place restaurant and hotel management graduates in 4 and 5 star hotels so I know what I’m talking about. I would come back just for her.

The Dali chicken is out of this world delicious. Must try if you like really spicy, flavorful far-east flavors.

I always enjoy going to P.F. Chang’s for gluten free Chinese food. Normally I get the chicken fried rice; yesterday, I decided to try the lemon chicken, and was not disappointed. There was a slight mishap with the dish yesterday(a rubber band from the broccolini ended up on the plate), but management and the waiter were both gracious, apologetic, and attentive, and were even kind enough to comp the dish! I can safely say I am a fan of both the food and the service.

I defiantly enjoyed my visit here. The waiter was friendly and made sure I never had an empty glass. The food was good but not spectacular, while it was tasteful the entries marked as spicy were not hot enough for me. They also were boring, very bland taste pallet.

What happened to PF Changs??? I haven’t eaten here in probably a year, but it was like night and day. I used to consider it to be at the higher-end of moderately priced restaurants, but now the food quality and atmosphere is like eating at any average chain restaurant. Nothing special. The calamari that used to be light and crisp is clumpy and greasy. The melon in the Honey Walnut Shrimp wasn’t ripe. But it’s the ambience that has really gone downhill. Gone are the linen table cloths, pre-set tables, etc. Now you are seated at a bare, empty table where they toss down your silverware along with the menus. The soy sauce is in the cheesy refillable containers like you find at lower-end Chinese restaurants. No offer to make the custom sauce, and there is a jar full of paper-wrapped chop sticks on every table. All that was missing were the paper placemats and crayons. The prices have gone up, but the quality has gone down. Obviously they have gone through some major cost-cutting adjustments, but when dinner for two is $ 73.00 out the door(one appetizer, two main courses, one glass of wine and an iced tea), I just expect a little more. Not surprised that at 7pm on a Thursday the place was empty. Very sad.

Had dinner here a few nights ago. My readers digest — average chain restaurant experience. We had vegetable spring rolls — a little greasy, but perhaps par for the course. Main entrees included a vegetable curry and another vegetarian dish. Both were ok. There are better options out there, and there are worse.

Love the food, but it’s the attentive service that will have us come back. Our waiter kept giving us refills without having to ask.

My kid loves this place but they have seriously gotten slow and I feel like the food quality is going down. It’s no longer on my list of top places to go and I wouldn’t come here at all if my kid didn’t love Chinese food and ask for it

We recently started to venture out for Chinese Food again. And what better place than P.F. Chang’s. For starters, we had the chicken lettuce wrap! Yay, I’m a fan … great starter dish! Our entrees were the Chicken lo mein and Mongolian beef. Very fresh, warm, and tasty with the familiar flavors we have all come to love. Very reasonably priced and good portions. We had enough for take-out, which is always a treat. We finished it off with a banana roll and vanilla ice cream dessert, we had to do it. The restaurant décor is theme appropriate with a good vibe and ambiance. Our only observation was that the staff seemed a bit scattered. Once we got their attention, they were friendly. Next time we’ll be more adventurous on our main dish choices. Stay tuned!

I like their food, but the service kinda left me feeling forgotten. And we ordered curbside! We ordered over the phone 30 minutes before we needed it, the conversation felt awkward and like… just lacked common sense and courtesy. And so we waited for over twenty minutes AFTER our designated«pick up» time for the food to be out to us. Like we should have just gone inside, sat down, and ordered. It’s a shame that it seems people are having issues because it’s a great place to eat…

Stopped in for dinner at the bar. Moderately busy but not packed. Ordered the dinner for 2 and combo fried rice as well as 2 types of green beans. Brittany was our bartender and did a great job. Very friendly and personable. The food however has seemed to have slipped a bit. Not as good as I seem to remember. Perhaps it’s the dinners we ordered are not as good as if you ordered straight off the menu. The Kung Pao chicken was very dry and seemed like it was made and dat there for a while. Brittany handled it perfectly and took it off our bill with a good attitude and we appreciated it. We will go back and maybe order different dishes. Brittany’s excellent service will bring us back for sure!

Horrible! Go every Christmas I’m visiting my parents. This last trip was awful. The noodles in my Lo mein were over cooked. The portion size they give you now is only enough for 1 person. My honey chicken was over cooked. Our waiter was so busy we literally waited 20 mins for a refill. I don’t think I will be returning. I love PF Chang’s just not this one.

Saturday evening 3 people January 30, 2016. We have visited PF Changs in the past although it has been two years. This visit was not what we expected. The appetizer was a lettuce cup. When It came the lettuce was dripping from water. the meat was very very greasy. The main order was almond chicken and orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The almond chicken was very greasy! The beef was –not good too much grizzle in its texture. When I complained to the waiter another man then came to our table and stated how much pride the kitchen staff take in preparing its food and argued with us that the food was not greasy.

With my fish, seafood allergies it is alway difficult but not here. I told the server what I was allergic to and she came back with a printed menu of what I could eat. They even changed the oil because I’d ordered the crispy green beans. Terrific! Food: delicious and nice presentation Service: wonderful. Our server was very attentive. Restaurant: a little noisy but not as bad as some. We hade a wonderful time. They also have GF.

This is a favorite date night spot with my wife, as well as a great place to take friends when they visit. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is great for an evening of conversation. I’d like to particularly call out server Karli, who turned a nice evening into a truly awesome and wonderful one. I can count on one hand the number of servers who have made such a memorable impression that their personality became a bonafide highlight of the meal, and she definitely joins their ranks. We’ll be specifically asking for her the next time we dine here – and recommend you do the same.

What the heck happened to PF Changs? I haven’t been there in about two years! Our son was home from college and we decided to make a night of it(this use to be his favorite place to go). The food was horrible! Worse than chain food… the Sweet and Sour Pork tasted like soap and where did the moo shu pork go? The menu has changed dramatically trying to appease everyone on the planet. Street tacos at a chines restaurant… no thank you! We took home the left overs and they just ended up in the trash! No one in the family would even consider eating them. And it is expensive!!! Needless to say we won’t be going back here and it looks like they could be in trouble too… the Friday before Christmas, 6pm and empty tables everywhere and no one waiting in line. That should tell them everything they need to know!

Our entire team came here for a team luncheon. We all ordered various meals from a beef, poultry, seafood, and vegetarian aspect. It seemed everything was laden in some type of sauce which had no distinction from one dish to another. Furthermore, I feel they laced their sauce with salt. Everything was extremely salty. All in all, I rather go to the PF Chang’s in Woodland Hills. Although this restaurant is closer to our work location, the food is not worth going. It just wasn’t good. However, I must admit that our waitress was phenomenal.

Server was passive and unfriendly. And the place wasn’t even busy yet for lunch(this was yesterday, December 12th) and she took forever to even take our drink order. And was really slow at coming back to take our order. Asked how everything was so far when all we had at that point was our appetizer edamame and we’re ready to order our main food. We ordered a Lemon Chicken with broccolini and thought the vegetables were cooked, but instead were chilled… that was our error, however the chicken was luke warm which was unacceptable. The root beer was flat. Ordered almond and cashew chicken and asked for scallions instead of mushrooms. It came with NO scallions. Server looked dismayed at our complaint. Asked if we wanted her to get some! Well DAH, that’s what we asked for so yes! Then she tossed a bowl on the table with long stalks of chives! Not only not scallions, which are onion bulbs but we get long stalks of chives! She offered to take them back and have them chopped into smaller pieces. We declined because chives wasn’t what we asked for in the first place! Service was terrible, and for a $ 56 bill for two, we won’t be back anytime soon!

Good food and great service! I also like a location at the beautiful The Lakes plaza! One of the main reason our family loves this restaurant is that they have pretty good Gluten Free menu.

Just recently went to this location Tues evening after a long day of shopping at the outlets. We wanted to eat good(me and my mom) we received the worst customer service as well as slowest! we waited for a hr for our food to come while others that was seated after us enjoyed there food, smh. The manager came by and said one of his employees was in a bad accident ??? so sorry for the employee, but I just wanted to eat like everyone else. I hate to play the race card but def. felt unwanted in that place. They didn’t mix our sauces, ask if we wanted brown/ white rice with our dishes not even fortune cookies!!! I will never go back to this establishment!

In three words: overpriced chain food. I don’t like chains, but my granddaughter wanted to go there for her birthday so I have to temper my review. I’ve never been to a PFChang, so figured OK as I really like Chinese cuisine. The waiter was nice and pleasant and the food was good, not great, but good. It was, however, about fifty percent overpriced plus it was very noisy. My takeaway is PFChang is a Chinese Black Angus. If you’re a teenager and think this is haute cuisine, you may be forgiven. There are chains I disdain — Ruth’s Chris tops the list for far overpriced mediocre food followed by in order Black Angus, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Woods Ranch, Chili’s, Claim Jumper, California Pizza Kitchen and now PF Chang. Frankly I don’t know why people frequent these chains as there are far better locally owned and run restaurants. I guess its the name and American’s penchant for blindly thinking that high prices mean top quality cuisine. PT Barnum has obviously become a restaurateur. There is a place for chains — if you like a certain consistency, the McDonald’s in Oklahoma is exactly like one in Ohio or Starbucks in Seattle or Starbucks in Scottsdale. But a sit down restaurant in this price range should be a bit more unique. To be honest, the food at Panda Express is just as good and about a third the price… its a chain and it fits that model perfectly. I think ‘upscale chains’ are for suckers.

Always a great experience with one of a kind dinning. You can expect great customer service, great food & specialty drinks. Their strawberry & cucumber limeade is perfect for the cool down, but if you come in for any special celebration you can also expect great drinks from the bar. We love, love the hot & sour soup and have tried most of their dishes. If you looking for a healthier option make sure to ask for the dish«stock velvet» You can bet we will continue to come & dine at P.F. Chang’s

Had dinner again with the family at PF Changs tonight and not much has changed except one thing. It’s not crowded anymore. Come right in on a Saturday night and little or no waiting. The food is not fresh the way it was years ago. The pad Thai does not taste like Pad Thai and try to find the peanuts. This multi national chain needs to send the district manager to this location and be a secret shopper. We need good restaurants in Westlake and I hope it does not go the way of Claim Jumper.

I have been here several times and each time never disappoints! The drinks are always super alcoholic and not to pricey for a chain restaurant. My fiancé is now hooked on gin and tonics because of this place. There food is always up to par every time we go. I am obsessed with their beef and broccoli, crab wontons, chicken lettuce wraps, ginger chicken with broccoli, moo goo gia pan, wonton soup, any of the fried rices, and for dessert the banana spring rolls! I also have had all of their sushi items as well and they are not an actual Japanese amazing rolls but they are pretty dang good for having a light bite between each meal. The service is always kind, helpful and friendly when we come in or even when we get take-out. I see all these 2 and 3 star reviews and just cannot believe that other people aren’t getting the five star service I have received each time. I have been here more than I can count.

Visited this while in the area and was not disappointed. Same food as I expect from a PF Changs. Party of 4 and we all enjoyed our food and starters. The crispy honey chicken was great with the brown rice. I do wish they had a fried rice option like Pei Wei. Service was quick at the start and getting the food but they seemed short handed after that. Had to wait a little fir drink refills. Overall a good experience.

I have a love-hate relationship with Chinese food and often get tired of it pretty quickly, but I do love PF Chang’s. The food is always good and tastes fresh. The crispy green beans and their dipping sauce are a must have. I also enjoy the dumplings, crispy or pan fried, chicken fried rice, and pepper beef. I recently discovered that if you come for lunch, on the back of the menu, there are lunch specials. For a decent price, you get a good amount of food along with a cup of soup. I really like this location in Thousand Oaks. It is very clean and well kept. The bathrooms are always clean as well. The service here is usually pretty good. The servers are good about refilling drinks and making sure you have what you need. One thing to remember is to order in stages or you get your food before your soup. The server always tells us they will wait to put in the food order but for some reason, a lot of times, we get the food first and then the soup. Other than that, I have no other complaints.
