My Mom was a resident at The Reserve for many years. The staff was always attentive and courteous. She went on a lot of outings or just for a ride on the bus to get a change of view. They have a lot of activates for residence to be involved with if they want to. Mom enjoyed, when she was able, supervised swimming time. Her apartment and the common areas were always fresh and clean. The restaurant staff was attentive and knew what people liked or were not allowed to have. the food was good. They often remembered me by name or at least knew who I was. I felt comfortable knowing someone was always keeping an eye out for mom. I recommend the Reserve.

Thousand Oaks, CA
Had a horrible experience with an employee/​representative of this company. An older man driving a Ford Flex with this company’s logo blocked my car. This guy was still in the car and refused to move his car. Even avoided eye contact. Rude, rude, rude! Can’t imagine how he treats seniors.
