The website said carnival opens at 9:00 am. The carnival staff refuse to even sell tickets until 10:00 am. Great job ruining the morning for 6 kids with a super rude carnival ticket salesperson lashing out at them for coming at 9:00. This will definitely be the last time we visit this poorly scheduled/​managed event.

Portland, OR
Should really be called the festival of gouging your wallet. The hot air balloons were nice, but the carnival was mediocre and overpriced, pretty much a bunch of booths of local insurance agents and the food vendors who do the farmer’s markets. Basically a waste of money and gasoline.
