Foot Solutions

Service was effective and efficient. I enjoyed the evaluation which I have not had before. I was a great experience and I feel that my feet will thank you and so will my hips.

These guys are amaziniih. Knew about this company earlier in my life would have saved me a lot of pain filled nights and a lot of what I call «grandma walking» at work. We recently moved to Oregon and the first time that me and my husband went in this store both of them were so welcoming and talked to us about the area gave us some pointers and had us both leaving with a smile on our faces and that’s hard to do with my husband since he hates shopping and usually complains as soon as we get in the car. My second visit was for a shoe purchase the staff was very patient with me and to my surprised remembered us and even remembered that I was waiting to hear back for my job. I got a very comfortable shoe which I loved but unfortunately it was not working with my left foot since I tend to step outward with it and I needed something more foot hugging (as I put it) they were very understanding and helped get the most amazingly comfortable booties I have ever worn I am at work right now and have never been able yo make it through 5 hours without aching except for this moment. I can’t stress it enough amazing service great employees and I am definately looking forward to getting some spring shoes from them. Very happy

Kurt the owner is rude and disrespectful. Poor customer service. Sylvia was attentive but snippish. I spent a lot of money and got good quality shoes. I will not return though. Everyone deserves to be treated well. Take your money and business some where else!

I went into Foot Solutions this afternoon for heel pain.

I recently went into the Foot Solutions Store and was very impressed. The clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. I was awed by the wide selection of comfortable shoes. While I did not buy on this visit, you can rest assured that I will be back for my next shoe purchase.
