Ordered from this company quite a while back and did not have a good experience. Ordered my product weeks in advance, showed up to pick it up, there was a note on the door saying there was a family emergency and to come back a few hours later. It happens, so I was understanding. With traffic though I had no time to go home and come back, so I waited in town nearby for two hours, with no correspondence whatsoever. Then after all that waiting I finally hear from her, she calls and tells me it still isn’t ready, hasn’t even started it yet. I ended up having to go home, waste gas and come back hours later because her family emergency kept her up late so she was sleeping instead and then overslept. She left it on the porch for me, I never actually met her. To top it off, it was completely not even close to the colors it was supposed to be. I even told her I wanted those colors so it’d stand out in pictures against my dogs fur color. The dogs enjoyed it but it was so unprofessional and I was so disappointed. I get that emergencies come up, but I ordered it long in advance, she shouldn’t have waited until the last minute. I barely had it in time, had to revolve my whole day around picking it up, cut plans short and it wasn’t what I ordered.

I placed an order for my dog’s training class for their graduation. Michelle took my order a week in advance and said she could deliver on the weekend and would call me for my address. The graduation was on Monday night. Saturday comes around, no call-​no show. However, she did say she would be in my area on Sunday at 3pm. I call Sunday morning to confirm, left a message. Again no call, no show. At the last minute I have to find someone else so the pups can get have graduation treat. Not even a courtesy call that she could not fulfill her commitment. She was posting pictures of her own 2 dogs on Facebook the same day she stood me up. Deleted my comments and STILL did not return my call. Cowardly. Unprofessional. Use someone else that is centered around customer service and actually running a functional business. This woman is full of lies and empty promises.

I had the same results as others. The owner took my order but never called me so I could pick up my cake. I also went to the location and it is a residential home, no one answered the door. The owner never called me back after I called her multiple times to pick up the cake. Don’t fall for the same trick I did.

This person who runs the company is not a business person. I called 4 times, got a call back and she said i will call you at 5. Never received a phone call so I guess she does not want my business very badly. I find it strange that this company is still in business with the aditude that she has about customers. Will not be going there as I found a great place in st helens oregon.

I emailed the company the night before my dogs birthday to see if she would last minute put together a little birthday cake for my dog the next day. I never heard back so contacted her via phone early the next day. Michelle told me she already had the cake I wanted pre-​made, and would just need to frost it. She gave me a time she would have it done by and said she would text me when she was finishing up so I could come pick the cake up. 30 minutes after the time she was suppose to text had passed I tried giving her a call, with no answer I left a message. I called again an hour later and still no response. She never responded to my email or phone calls. Very disappointed as in I would have driven to someone farther away if I knew we would have been completely bailed on.

her dog cookies are good, but her business practice is a little to be desired, after purchasing the cookies at a farmers market I wanted to purchase more, after contacting her she said that she would be available at a local farmers I went over there several times and she never showed up, also contacted her by phone to try to and connect with her to go to her place to pick some up, 2 hours prior to me picking them up she said she had another commentment. I believe this is a hobby for her rather than a business,

I ordered a birthday cake for my dog and decided to grab some other treats to try out since I was there. My dog loved the cake and loves the treats. It’s great knowing what’s going into my dogs belly and that its good without the preservatives. They were fast, courteous and flexible. All that and easy on the wallet! Will definitely order again.
