I had issues with this place before, I agree with the other posts. I will say that Victor took care of the issue. I will return and hopefully they get everything turned around

This location is horrible. The service is slow but worst of all, rude. The staff laughed at me when I asked about a coffee drink. They are short with you and give you dirty looks at the drive thru.

Okay, I love their iced tea. I will give them that.
Sandwiches are very expensive. $ 4 plus for a grilled cheese? And anytime I order donuts, they are out of the flavors. Cruellers? Chocolate cream? Sour cream? Those are all staples. And they are already out of them at 11am? Really?
This isn’t a one time problem, this is everytime. When I find they don’t have what I want, I just go on. Not going to substitute.

Not only does this store never have what I order in stock, they charged me $.50 for a small cup of lukewarm water! I’d sooner drink water from the algal bloom than go back to this DD.

I agree with the other posters, this location has to be the worst DD out there.
Use to be a lot better, but now it’s no longer 24⁄7 and the quality of the donuts has gone downhill (I don’t think they make them onsite anymore). The service has really gone downhill as well.
I wish Krispy Kreme was still in toledo

Absolutely worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to between toledo, cincinnati, New York and columbus. Not only has my order been incorrect every single time I go here, when I call to complain, they simply hang up on me. Today, I clearly received someone else’s order and the incompetent, uneducated employee who answered the phone simply hung up on me. Even went back through to return it and get mine, and they refused to open the window! Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s, where at least they try.

Delicious food and drinks when they haven’t run out. The same people that handle cash handle food. They either dont wear gloves, or wear the same gloves when doing both. More than once have had bits of something (probably donut) in my drink when I didnt order donuts. Often run out of basics. Great store, and recipes, but this location is mismanaged.
