It’s been a year with Janice and can I say my body has changed like nobody’s business! My mind body connection is off the charts and I never thought in a million years I would have a strong core… and let me tell you the muscles forming on my stomach is proof of that! I have gone from a size 18 to a 12 and I owe it to Pilates! Thank you Janice for changing my life, my body, and kicking my butt every session!

I bought a package with Elizabeth Rice Connors at Janice’s recommendation, and working out at this studio has changed my life. I was recovering from major abdominal and lower back injuries.
Elizabeth’s incredible knowledge has made me feel safe and protected; at the same time our work has strengthened and empowered me so much. As a result, I am able to do so much more and I have confidence again.
My core muscles are stronger every day; I see ab definition again!; I’m thinner, leaner, and healthier; and I feel great. I highly recommend working with Elizabeth. She is grounded, smart, balanced, and very easy to work with.
This whole studio is full of knowledgeable and experienced teachers. They are all great and easygoing people.

I just took my first private class at this studio and it was an incredible experience! Janice is so motivating and the environment she creates is one that is super welcoming, supportive and warm. I am very excited to start training here, as my body desperately needs this after giving birth to my second child! Very much looking forward to meeting all the trainers and for the journey to begin.

Updated review: I’ve been going to Janice for over a year now, right after my first baby. I go to Janice one time per week, every week. On a rare occasion I have been 2x per week~ maybe 5x’s.
I am currently pregnant with my second. During my Dr’s apt. at 25 weeks, my Dr told me I was carrying this baby really high and it was because my lower abdominal muscles were so strong! To hear that from my doctor while pregnant was absolutely amazing:) to think I still had abdominal muscles… Wow! Now at 32 weeks, I am able to do exercises I could not do before pregnancy. I am in better shape and stronger then ever.

If you’re serious about your training then this is the place. I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and it has transformed by body and my posture. Great one on one instruction and mat classes are offered as well.

What a delightful place — immaculately maintained and well stocked with water and towels — I am not the most enthusiastic excersizer and this studio encourages me to return time and again. I don’t want to go to a gym where there are skinny 30 year olds frantically using machines. This place has a great serene and welcoming atmosphere. The clients are from 10 to 90 and all seem to benefit. My trainer, Lisa, suits me, my age, and my ability to a T. Every session, she makes sure that my form is correct and I am not going to hurt myself. I feel very safe and secure. The owner, Janice, makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. She is in amazing shape and has a great attitude toward clients — a great experience all the way around. I almost forgot, I am down a couple dress sizes and am much more flexible than I was when I started.

I have to say I was nervous about starting a pilates routine but everyone at this studio made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. It is an excellent workout and much harder than I anticipated (in a good way)!
They gave me an amazing rate and I signed up for 20 sessions on the spot!
This is a great place, with friendly and very knowledgeable staff. This is the place to go! I couldn’t be happier :)

Janice is the BOMB, along with her staff too. Personal service with a capital «P». The sincerity these ladies offer, is as real as you would get.
Oh, and keeping your body align is an automatic given.
