Lube Stop

Was a bit expensive and I have had better experiences with customer service.
I care about my car like a lot of people do, it’s an investment and a valuable tool that helps me keep my job and meet up with family and friends.
I bring my car to professionals because they might notice something that I do not and are more equipped to deal with clean up of oil, etc.
Didn’t seem like the best vibe and I didn’t really like being spoken to like I knew absolutely nothing about cars, like what an oil filter is, does and where it goes.
Anyway, most learn many lessons throughout life and I will probably go elsewhere next time.

I had the most remarkable experience with Randy’s Lube Stop.
First — they were recommended by another shop I had called first, as the other shop had slots reserved for days out and I required immediate assistance for an oil change. That says something in a local industry like this.
Second — they were up front, fair, clear, courteous, and rapid in their pricing and service.
Third — I had left a valuable personal item behind in the waiting room, and they called me about it when they found it. I was en route to a meeting in Denver, and could not spare the delay, so I requested (and they accepted!) to have it shipped to my home in Colorado. I paid the FedEx employee over Randy’s phone. I felt like I was being assisted by a family friend, in a town I had never been in before. Highly recommended.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles here since 1998 when it was Grease Monkey. Randy is the one and only owner. Service is fast and fair priced. Quality is good as well. The only quick lube I use in Topeka.

Bad customer service would have been better than what I recieved which was no customer service. Price was too high as well. Only reason I tried them was proximity.

Wonderful, courteous service. Highly recommended. Prices are comparable to Jiffy Lube, but SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER.
