Cute coffee shop. Friendly employees. Disappointed that they don’t have wifi. I was needing to work between appointments. The hot chai tea and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie were delicious.

A friendly place to grab a coffee and breakfast or lunch. I am very glad they are on the north side of Topeka given there are so few local places like it in the area.

The absolute BEST cinnamon rolls ND sweet treats. Also like their huge variety of hot/cold coffee drinks. The service has always been consistently friendly face.

An oasis in the desert. The location, I suspect, has more to do with family connections to the landlord than to any global master plan to bring coffee and snacks to this corner of North Topeka. Still, you have to be glad they are here. The space — to include the toilet — is welcoming and clean(and I disagree, Michael R. — it’s easy to linger) and the coffee is fresh. Had me some breakfast and that was good and the rest of extensive menu looks worthy of exploration. They have them some internets for your computerinos. The proprietor Mrs. Y is friendly and helpful and welcoming. Your most ideal coffee place ever in the entire world of coffee places? Maybe not, but a great little coffee place in north Topeka with some creativity and food. You will want to become a regular.

I’ve been here a handful of times. I work in North Topeka and this is the only«real» coffee shop there is here. The service is friendly enough, but not terribly speedy and the layout is light but not terribly comfortable. The prices are high enough it prohibits regular visits and every time I go, I feel like I’m walking into a club or something where I don’t quite belong. But, the coffee is still good. :)

Nib’s House of Coffee has the honor of being the only coffee place in north Topeka. I’ve been meaning to come here, but finally got around to it today. Nib’s sells coffee and coffee drinks like most coffee places. However, they also sell smoothies and sandwiches. It seems as though the sandwiches are their main seller though. All sandwiches are toasted here. The club sandwich($ 6.50) is great. It is a standard club sandwich on toasted wheat bread and comes with chips and a pickle. Prices for everything are in line with what other places around town charge. The place is only open from early morning until 4:00. Obviously, not a place to visit after dinner. Unlike most coffee places, this place really isn’t designed for people to linger around. It is more of a pickup and go place, which probably works better for the location and this town. There are 8 tables inside and its a little noisy. Overall, its nice to have an actual coffee place on the north side of town, although its not really a coffee place, but selling lots of things. Its not a place to come in and linger around and get work done though. For a pickup and go though, it works.
