Papa John’s Pizza

NEVER ORDER WITH this GUYS. Total USELESS. If I had No star I would have given it for them. I ordered pizza with these guys and got email confirmation saying it takes 30−40min (Thats max)…Ahhh…I was like ok… It might happen… Then the pizza never came… It took almost an hour for getting me a pizza. Are they coming from 30 miles?.It was just 2 miles away. And I called these guys and they were we were busy
. Ok you were busy but that’s the reason you say its 30 – 40 min, not all the way for an hour. And when this pizza arrived it was one kind of pizza which was well
was burnt in such way that you could just see with an eye open that where it wasnt
was total black. I have been with trying pizzas from various restaurants and even tried with the papa johns, but this papa johns is waste of a penny. If i would have given them something for there service, that would be penny for at-​least getting the order. Disgusting Papa Johns. Never Order with these Guys. Totally waste of money

Pizza is always good. But the service sucks. They seemed in a hurry to close. She did help me when it was time to check out.

Do yourself a favor and drive out to the wanamaker location. Tonight i ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage on half and black olives, mushrooms, and jalapeños over the whole thing. Ok, i get that it might be confusing and all to have some toppings on just half and some over the whole thing, but i was courteous enough to repeat my order about four times… and they still got it wrong. They did a meat half and a veggie half, of course. I ordered about 9:30, they close at ten, and they predicted a 25 min wait (it takes 6 min to bake a pizza in their oven). THEN when they had to remake my pizza (it was slightly after ten at this point) it took them an additional 20 min. However, they were kind enough to comp me the pizza! Free pizza is never a bad thing! When i got to finally eat the pizza it was alright. There were an ample amount of toppings and cheese but it seemed dry! There was very little sauce. I mean, i could hardly see or taste any sauce at all… that really put a damper on my pizza experience (on this particular box there was no one taking credit for the management of my experience… especially not Christ). So really, id go 3 ½−3 ¾* on this one. Deductions for the hassle of dealing with the employees at this location, but a bonus for free food, but another deduction for the proportions being a bit off.

LOVE the crust. And the sauce too — it’s never a letdown when we choose takeout from here. So far, they’ve never had an order wrong or been late. And it always tastes great.
