I loved Reny’s a Maine Adventure!!! The shoe department was very well managed by Nancy. The staff was friendly and gave my kids balloons. I would recommend that everyone go here.

I love shopping here. It’s clean and organized, especially compared to some of the other Reny’s in nearby towns.
The service is always on the ball. Employees stocking shelves or tidying up will ask if you need help and a majority of the time if you ask for a location of an item, they will bring you right to the item.

If I could give less than one star I would.
I am very frustrated about their lack of customer service. I called to make sure I could return an item. When I called I let them know that I did not have the receipt and that I had taken the tags off. (I had picked up an item that week and after getting home I washed it [I wash everything before I wear it, you never know who has tried it on in the store]) After it was washed the material changed complete becoming too big and extremely stretchy. I let the store know that it had been washed and what the problem was. After being transferred to 3 different people because no one knew the return policy I spoke with the manger who let me know that I could bring it in for store credit. Which was fine, now that I knew the fabric I would just get a smaller size. I live 25 minutes away. After spending 25 minutes to get there I was told that I couldn’t even get store credit because if it is washed they assume that it was warn. On the phone the store manager seemed very polite and nice but when I got there to do the return he was rude and very disrespectful (told me there was nothing he could do for me and that if he took the return they would have to through it away and that I was wasting their money, rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing as if I was a burden). After spending about 5 minutes at the store with the manager being very impolite I said that they should inform the people calling about returns of all the rules that apply to returns and said thank you for your time and left to spend another 25 minutes to go back home. Needless to say I will not be returning for their overpriced, half @** products.

I miss the Reny’s in Brunswick, but this one will have to do. It is kind of big and sterile, but you get what you need for 20−30% less then other places. Plus, I love the service, everyone is nice. A true Maine experience. RENY’s a MAINE ADVENTURE.
