Okay here is the thing. Chain restaurants all suck right? I’m not inclined to say that. Sometimes you want to go to a place where it’s simple straight forward menu and reasonable prices. You’re probably going to see someone you know. The always have the game on, etc This is that place. Topsham does not have an Applebees and Ruby Tuesday is the WORST of these style restaurants. 99 has a varied menu and great service. The food is not going to be the best you ever had, but you go home full and it tastes fine.

Grabbed some lunch here today. Nothing impressive about this place. Still feels like this chain is stuck in the 90’s when it was cool to stick random yard sale finds on your wall. Instead of fresh bread this chain serves popcorn, an odd selection but actually not a bad idea. For lunch I ordered a Vermont burger, which had onions and a maple mayo. Wasn’t a bad combo but was expecting more maple flavor. Overall wasn’t totally disappointed with this chain.

I’ve eaten at this food chain all over New England and this is by far the worse. I’ve tried it several times always with the same results(at least they are consistent there) poorly prepared food and terrible/rude service from the bar staff. With so many superior restaurants and bars in the area I wouldn’t waste my money here.

one of my families favoite chain restaurants to eat. Huge portions and decent price. Friendly waitstaff. My only complaint is that last time we went it too about 45 minutes to get our meal and people that came in after us got there food first, which is always a little annoying, especially when you have a hungry 3 year old with you. But… it was worth the wait. The turkey burger with avacado and salsa was delish!
