Supercuts

I have to say I have tried this location twice and both times were disappointing.
First off I don’t understand, why offer an app that allows you to check in if you are still going to wait when you arrive.
The first visit to this location I check in on the app with a 10 minute wait and arrive to a line of two people, who clearly did not check in online, I am then told it’s a thirty minute while the two walk ins go before me.
This time I use said app to check in at 0800 hrs with a 15 minute wait. I arrive in 10 minutes with 5 minutes left in my 15 minute wait to only be told I know have a one hour and 30 minute wait!
Let’s fix this problem Supercuts.

The lady who cut my hair was Asian and she didn’t knew what she was doing I can’t remember her name exactly but she messed up my hair really bad… this location sucks… will never go there again…

I typically call in for Cindy (love her work) before I come in she knows how to cut and get the desired look I want for my curly hair!!! However this time I wasn’t able to call and Ask for Cindy and needed my hair cut. (Cindy wasn’t working Friday Feb 12 around 6pm)
I walked in the door expecting to be greeted at the very least. Didn’t get one. (Strike 1)
I realize folks are at work dealing and helping other customers but a simple hello would suffice.
I waited for about 3 mins and finally stood up and walked to the counter. Asking to be assisted. (Strike 2)
I asked how long the wait was and I got a MAYBE you can be next. (Strike 3)
«Maybe» wasn’t the answer I wanted to hear.
So I took my MONEY and BUSINESS else where. Most likely won’t be returning to places where the customer can’t receive a simple greeting or answer…

Haircut was good but make sure you call in. They are not too kind on walk ins. Just when you think you’re up someone walks in door and says I called in. Then someone takes a break and next thing you know you waited 45 minutes to hour and you were next. What a joke. Next time I’m going elsewhere. Good haircut but not worth the wait

Cindy cut my son’s hair and did a great job. He looked great and she was really quick. She was super friendly and talked to him (he’s 11) about what he liked so he was happy too. Great job.

This place is awesome. Hairstylists are really friendly and pay attention to exactly what you want. You can checkin ahead of time and add your name to their wait list. It was pretty awesome that they also made South Bay’s favorite.

Stacey is super easy going, gave me a quick but thorough trim with some layers in back and front, and offered me some useful advice for further hair maintenance. No wait, too.

The person that cut my hair was really friendly.
She knew exactly the way i wanted my hair and was able to match the color that I described.
She was very cheerful and helpful on my selection of colors and style.

I’ve been here before, normally Veronica has done my cut, yesterday it was Patty. Well, here’s how it started. I walked in about 2:30, there were 2 guys waiting, come to find out only one was waiting for a cut. Upon arrival, there was a lady working at the station right next to the register, she greater me and was very friendly. told me it would be about 20 – 25 minutes, i agreed and sat down to await my turn. As I waited after 15 minutes 2 customers walked in, a man and a woman, the lady that greeted me tod them they were looking at about 30 minutes that there were a couple ahead of them. They stayed to wait as well. I watched as a couple of stylists walked in, must have been starting their shifts. The lady who greeted me was ending her shift as I noticed her packing up her supplies. A Hispanic look young woman, Patty came over and looked at the book, i was next to be called, she looked at me and called the guy instead. The guy told her he thought I was next, she looked at me and said, «oh if your ready I guess I can take you» that should have been my warning NOT to let her cut my hair, for some reason she didn’t seem to wanna cut my hair. Was it i was gay, i was a tomboy? I do t know but there was an obvious reason I just done know what it was. So I went back and sat down, she asked what I wanted. I said «I’m a very simple customer, i just want a trim, the split ends cut off, a tapper down the side/​a shag trim in the back and showed her how much of the bang I wanted. Thats how Veronica would describe what I had done every time I had her cut my hair so that’s how I described it to Patty. She did in fact remove my split ends, but she did a clip on my bangs, she didn’t taper them into the rest, I tried to explain to her what I was expecting but she just kept telling me she did it. she didnt! I wear my hair straight and after she cut my hair it was damp and curled up so I couldn’t really tell how it looked. Once I got home and straightened my hair, it looked butchered, I’m NOT HAPPY. I paid 19.00 for her to do something my nephew could’ve done, I don’t understand what I did, or why she wasn’t willing to take the time to cut my hair the way I wanted it… I’ve never had this happen. The 2 girls that were there while I was waiting had a completely different personality than the one who cut my hair. I feel i wasted my money…

Veronica is a godsend! I went in early July to get a haircut, I was scheduled for surgery the following week and wanted to minimize the hair-​annoyance while I was in the hospital. Veronica was an absolute sweetheart, did a great job, and gave me and the bf a great haircut!
I had told Veronica about my surgery and mentioned how I may be in to get a hair wash since I may not be able to shower with my giant slices across my belly… she was optimistic in helping me. Two weeks later I called Veronica on my way home from the hospital. I hadn’t washed my hair in a week. She made an appointment for me and saw me right away when I got there, helped me in and out of the chair and gave me a great hair wash. Do you know what it is like to not wash your hair for a week?! She gave me a nice tea-​tree treatment and I absolutely loved it. She is definitely my go-​to gal, thank you so much Veronica. you are the best!

I’ve been seeing Cindy at this location for more than 4 years. She knows exactly what I like with my hair, and she always does a great job. She is also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend you go see her when you need a good haircut.

Walked in and took me straight away, although I have waited 20+ minutes when it’s been busy but I don’t mind since I’m a walk in. I always come in to hair salons or barbers not knowing what I want. I told my stylist the basics of what I had in mind, boom, she transformed my mop to a great style. She was gentle and understood my needs. Although a line formed while getting cut, it was obvious she still paid Quentin to minute details and asked questions. I’ve paid $ 30+ dollars for haircuts but honestly, this place gets the job done, and how! Although $ 17 isn’t necessarily «cheap» cheap, after this cut, I definitely didn’t mind. I actually wanted to tip, not just out of obligation! Forgot to mention my stylist was Monica. She was patient, understanding, and kind. She did great and am definitely returning back to her.

Yesterday I went over to Supercuts with my girlfriend. She needed a haircut so I took her to the place I used to get my hair cut. But beforehand I checked online for a printable coupon. I found one on their site for $ 5 off a cut. So I printed it out. But as I soon realized, I was out of ink! So I called to make an appointment and to ask if I could just take my phone in with the PDF of the coupon to show them as proof. The woman on the phone told me that it would be fine.
We arrive to the location and as soon as we get there this woman asked if she was ready. Being weary of her unstylish haircut, my girlfriend reluctantly went to sit on the chair at this woman’s workstation. My girlfriend wanted to have long layers. This woman proceeded to cut her hair the way she wanted and not how my girlfriend wanted it done. The woman did not cut as many layers in as my girlfriend thought there should be. She also left the back just one length. She’s debating on going back to get it fixed.
As for the coupon situation they did not accept it. We were at the register and I brought up the coupon and all the girls seemed like they wanted nothing to do with it. Even the manager seemed like she had no idea. I explained to them about calling and some girl answering the phone. I told them the girl on the phone said I could bring it in off my phone because I ran out of ink to print it out. But the girl who cut my girlfriends hair said «I don’t want to lose my job». And the rest of the girls didn’t want to be involved in the matter.
So as for now this location is a no go. I will update this if anything gets resolved.
