I agree that this place needed to come back, and it’s a lot nicer than the one that was there last. However, the service is a little lackluster. I don’t get anything but an iced coffee black from here, but I’ve witnessed some issues with customer service. I can’t blame people for being a little upset. Hopefully they’ll get their stuff together!

Excellent service. They always remember my order and preferences… I appreciate the friendly staff and fresh coffee! Nice to have them back in town.
Negative: The setup to order and pickup is all backwards! Who did this layout?

They are new, but they are still a mess service wise! Always order a Caramel Mocha latte and sometimes I just get caramel, sometimes just mocha and once a coolata instead of a iced latte. Keep an eye on them and don’t expect the service you get in some of the more established and efficient DDs.

Its nice thats they are back. However, the service sucks. Make sure you watch them make your coffee and if you plan on getting hot food def watch out. Check your bag before you leave to make sure you got what you wanted. Other then that its a fair place.
