My brother and I went there before a movie last night. We ordered our food right away. Food: I had a Brunch Burger(Med Rare, Cheese, Bacon, Egg). The burger was cooked to perfection and I love the fact that they give you the choice of runny or hard for your egg. My brother had the Dallas with a chicken breast. He gave good reviews too. The fries(separate order) and onion rings were tasty. I wish the dipping sauce that came with them was a but tangy-er, but that’s okay. I did not have room for a milk shake, but they sure looked good. Service: The order taker was very nice and quick. Once we got our drinks, we sat down to some very comfortable seating. Our server was prompt and very outgoing. The food was delivered by the manager, and he was very responsive and helpful. Not just our table, but everyone around. You can tell he likes working there. In short, I will be back.

Fries and onion rings were great! My blue cheese burger was messy and decent. I know that they have better burgers… Pleased, but disappointed because I thought it would be better! Milkshake was very small, I equate it to the size of a grande cup of coffee at Starbucks. Onion ring sauce was nuts, I would use it as body lotion if it didn’t burn me. 0 – 100 I’d give it a 79%. Passing; but disappointed because I know bobb-0 can do better!

Pretty good burgers. The sauce they serve with the regular fries is amazing! The shakes are also good. Pretty much like eating ice cream.

Loved the food, everything was delicious although the price of burgers too me didn’t really give me the bang for my buck that I was hoping for.

I can honestly say, I wished I had just gone to McDonalds, and I think McDonalds is nasty. For $ 30, we had two $ 8 hamburgers, one side of fries, one side of onion rings, and two soft drinks. My complaint has nothing to do with the wait staff or customer service, as they were all polite and professional. The restaurant was clean, weird seating, but good overall. The food was not great. The burger was cold. Obviously it was cooked ahead, as it came out very quickly. Not only was it cold, but it was small, flavorless, and a cheap bun. The fries were cold too, and old. The kids even complained about them. The onion ring was okay, not the greatest, and it was cold too. Definitely not worth going to,

Burgers are Bobby Flay’s specialty and this restaurant proves it! I had the Bobby Blue Burger and maaannnn was it good. It was better than good… it was an experience. It had the perfect blend of favors to amount to pure awesomeness. Definitely within the top 3 burgers I’ve ever had. The sweet potato fries with the special honey mustard and horseradish sauce were amazing. Again, the blend of flavors was something a world class chef thought to put together. Service was great as well. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing recommendations.

I actually enjoyed my experience here. The burgers were limited in choice, but I enjoyed the burger I had and the order to sweet potato fries that my husband and I shared. I had the Palace Classic with angus beef and I thought it was pretty good. The burger was cooked well done(only because I’m pregnant) but it was not dry, tough or tasteless. The sweet potato fries with the Honey Mustard Horseradish Sauce was definitely the star of the evening. The fries were cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce complemented the dish perfectly. I will say the in restaurant seating style is different but not to invasive if your sitting with strangers. My husband and I never felt like people were listening in on our conversation nor were we able to listen in on theirs despite how noisy the restaurant was.

So, faced with a 60 minute wait at nearby BJ’s Brewhouse, we stumbled onto Bobby’s. Glad we did. Friendly staff. Reasonably-priced burgers. Food was delicious, and delivered quickly. One of the better burgers around. Liked the family-style /community seating. We’ll be back.

Menu pretty limited but it is after all a burger place. I had the Bobby Blue burger. It tasted great cooked perfectly bacon was good and good blue cheese. I had to do a double take though because I thought it came with lettuce and tomato so I even double checked menuboard and yes it does so then i pulled the sandwich apart and it was there the smallest piece of lettuce you have ever seen and a tomato slice of not much more size. I had the fries. You get a BIG portion but rather uneventful fries. I tried a couple of the sauces on the counter; jalapeño hot sauce and chipotle ketchup. Taste like sauces you would buy at any grocery store. Drink choices pretty limited 10 shakes water or serve yourself Coke products. About as exciting as a lunch at Wendys but for $ 14. Worth visiting just maybe not revisiting.

I went in for lunch around 1PM, but I hadn’t had any breakfast so I was STARVING. I don’t know if it was because I was so hungry, but it seemed like a pretty decent wait. I didn’t keep track of the time but I did drink almost my whole drink before the food came. I ordered the Bobby Blue burger medium and my boyfriend ordered the Palace Classic well done. We shared an order of fries because we expected it would be a lot for $ 3.50. I would say it was a pretty good amount, definitely enough for two people. My burger was absolutely delicious. It was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were all really fresh and flavorful. My boyfriend loved his burger also but said he’d try it crunchified next time. The only thing that was kind of weird is the sitting arrangement. I’m not a big fan of sharing tables with strangers, I always find it kind of awkward. I would definitely return though! I can honestly say it was better than I expected.

Unimpressed, sides came out after our burgers. Staff friendly enough but mostly just milled around. Buns were smooshed. Girlfriends burger was ordered crunchified, but served without the chips. Probably won’t be coming back.

Let me start off with the positive: I like their burgers(I’ve had the Miami Burger and Brunch Burger), their sweet potatoes fries, and shakes. Their prices are a bit higher than the usual burger places I frequent(Gino’s/Five Guys) but that is because these are specialty or «gourmet» burgers. They use community style seating where you don’t get your own table inside. But you can probably find a spot where you or a group of friends can eat together without disturbing others. On the not so positive side: their order process has been slightly off kilter the last couple of times I’ve been there. For example today there wasn’t anyone up front when I first arrived and the couple in front of me said they had been waiting a few minutes. Once someone arrived they took orders and we started moving.(Not sure if this was because they couldn’t see people waiting or not. Still they should have had someone at the cash register at the ready for incoming customers during the lunch hour.) Not enough to impact my review but something they need to work on. Overall I like the place and will come back for a pre– or post-movie dinner at the nearby movie theater in the future.

Start off by saying that I was a huge fan of the batter on the onion rings. The burgers are fantastic. sone of the best that i have had that I didn’t cook on the my back yard! The proces seemed a little steep, but i guess that you have a captive audience that is out on the town for dinner and a movie and don’t care, but $ 8 for a burger is a lot. Fantastic service.

I’m addicted to the Bobby’s in DC and wasn’t sure if this one could live up to my high expectations, but it’s great! The restaurant is nice, new, clean, outdoor seating, an attached parking garage where they validate parking, right next to the movie theater, and the service is excellent. The person who took my order and brought my food to me couldn’t have been more friendly or attentive. The service was on par with that of a 5 star restaurant, impressive! The food is standard Bobby’s deliciousness. Your burger is cooked to order and you can customize toppings. I think they have the best burger toppings in the DC/Baltimore area(my fav is Dallas style) and I like that you have the option of chicken breast or turkey burgers as well. There are so many options that I never get bored with it. Also my favorite sweet potato fries and I love the dipping sauces. Please be sure to leave your servers a tip, they do a great job and deserve it!

Service was very good. The food came out fast and correct. The meat was good quality. The fries were good but the onion rings were poor. This joint is no where as good as Five Guys. I rated this a two because I really thought Bobby Flay would have done something spectacular but the food is average. Towson Tavern 1 block down has the best burger in Towson and for fast food Five Guys has this place beat.

I work in Towson, so I have tried a large majority of the restaurants in the downtown area. I just tried BBP and I have to say that it was mediocre. The place is a gimmick, basically. For the price, I was expecting something much more. The burger was cooked almost the way I ordered(well), but it was still loaded with grease that poured out as soon as I picked it up. The flavor just didn’t pop, and the bacon was tough, not crispy at all. The staff was friendly, though. Burger Bros is definitely my go-to burger spot in downtown Towson with Clark Burger being one of the best in Baltimore.

I must have missed the part where an $ 8 burger was so small. You could have gotten a bigger burger at Wendy’s and it may have tasted better. Maybe I went on the wrong day but I wasn’t impressed. My girlfriend and I had to scrape some of the sesame seeds off of our buns because they were COATED in them. I ordered the crunch burger, she ordered the brunch burger, hers came complete with an undercooked egg and my burger may have moo’d at me, and overcooked fries. I’m not really impressed with the food but the service was excellent and the sauce choice was pretty cool and tasty.

I have been waiting since spring for this burger joint to open and it did not disappoint ! Hands down best burger in TOWSON !! Burger was juicy and all the condiments were super fresh, plenty of fries and customer service was on point.

I love this chain and was especially excited to have one in towson. Upon arriving I discovered this is their only location that doesn’t serve alcohol? Other than that the burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. Fries were on point. And the whole place is designed for a quick bite. Quite well. All young staff, who are kind of standing around waiting for something to do. Call me when an Umami Burger opens up here! Definitely recommend this place though

This review is from opening week of this location. If you haven’t heard of Bobby’s Burger Palace its the fast casual Burger restaurant idea from Food Network’s Bobby Flay. It starts out like any fast casual experience, you order at the register, take a number and sit down. But here’s what differs from other places. First, your burger cannot be custom made. The only exceptions are you can choose an alternate patty(turkey or chicken) and you can add bacon to your burger for $ 1 extra. You can also get potato chips on any burger for FREE! But it pretty much ends there as each burger is given a name and particular set of ingredients that it is made up of. So if you are picky about your burger, and not adventurous you may not want to go here. Another plus is you can tell them how well you’d like your burger cooked. Not everyone likes a well done burger and I’m glad Bobby recognizes that. Another detail worth noting is that every month will feature a burger of the month. As of this writing the August 2015 burger of month will be the Caesar burger. Which will have most of the components of a Caesar salad. My experience: Came in shortly after 5pm there was no rush. Signed up for the rewards card which I highly suggest. 100 accumulated points gets you a free burger and yes, your first purchase will count. Got the Carolina burger and chose a seat. Another heads up, there are no full booths or private settings here, its a community dining atmosphere where more than likely you’ll be getting to know some strangers during your dining experience. If socializing isn’t for you, you may not want to go here. My burger came out in 5 mins perfectly cooked to temp and just the way i wanted it. They have wait staff constantly circling the room and will get you anything you need including a free refill from the drink machine. Which by the way, the drink machine doesn’t have too many options, was surprised by the fact they had flavored vitamin water among the choices though. Back to the burger, it was so flavorful between the seasonings, toppings and the thoroughness of how it was cooked and served with care, my taste buds were doing back flips. And although the patty was not the biggest it was in fact the most juicy, in fact juice was escaping from the burger itself there was so much of it. Got half fries, half onion rings. Disappointed it was more like a 90 to 10 ratio as you only get two onion rings. Don’t get me wrong, it was all crispy, flavorful, and the onion rings were really big. But it still didn’t deliver on the 50⁄50 split. The onion rings were made with buttermilk, a real home-style taste and not those types of onion rings that are practically shedding breadcrumbs and taste like they were frozen. Nope, these were the real deal! The fries, you could taste the fresh peanut oil and salted perfectly; You are given fry sauce but surprisingly was the only thing on my plates that lacked flavor. You really don’t need the fry sauce at all and there is a selection of other sauces to choose from like chipolte ketchup and«burger» sauce sitting at every seat. I paid a little over $ 15 for the 50⁄50 side, burger and drink. Not bad for all the quality put into it. They also offer shakes and malts which i did not opt for this time. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind as well as very swift getting you whatever you needed, definitely one of the best customer service experiences ive ever had. Definitely makes me want to come back. There were a few tiny drawbacks but not enough to give less than 5 stars. I will no doubt be a regular here and will not want a burger anywhere else. A++ Bobby Flay!
