Need new management. I spend my hard earned money at this location at least 4 to 5 times a month. Brought my son graduation clothes on June 4th at the Towson location. Came back into the Towson location to ONLYEXCHANGE a white button up that was way too small for my son who graduates on June 14th. Was not greeted at the counter by a sales associate that call mangement over a SMALL stain on a WHITE shirt that could have happened at the store or by my 11 year old trying the shirt on. She calls a NEW manager up that does NOT speak english well for her to call me a lair and theres no way for me to have brought the shirt like this.(i wish i took a pic of this small stain). Then she rolls her eyes and walks away. i will never give this location a penny of my money again. All ended well then i took the SAME shirt back to the Inner Harbor location. Even the rep there said the stain was small and looks like it may have drop on the ground at the store. Now my son is all ready for graduation!!! thanks to the staff at the Inner Harbor location.

I got a gift card for my bday. So, decided to hold onto it until their Black Friday sale. Tons of affordable clothes! I got 8 tops, including cardigans for $ 70+. Since it was Black Friday, they had a dj playing mostly hip hop to get you into a celebratory aka spend your hard earned dough mood. Hehe. If you ever need a quick outfit, stop by H&M. Just beware of all of the young folks, if that’s not your scene.

This was once a good store to go to if you wanted some cool H&M wearables. Now, the only reason to go there is if you want to be irritated by the prickly, rude, blank starfish«customer service» folks. In their defense, a couple of young women who work there were helpful and nice, however, the majority of reps who are dismissive, and not helpful, outnumber them. Also, if you can find what you need for yourself and don’t have to try it on, you may be safe here. However, if the manager or whomever is responsible for hiring and retaining this lackluster service doesn’t address the issues, they will lose more customers, as I wasn’t the only one who was visibly annoyed the past few times I visited and ended up leaving empty handed. Go to another store if you really must shop at the Towson mall or better yet, take a short trip to NYC and get some more updated styles and service! Heck, even the mall in Columbia, MD has better service, not to mention there’s an H&M outlet store at the Arundel Mills Mall. Pay less and find your own items without putting money into pockets of those who don’t care. Disclaimer: I’ve worked in retail before so I always try to give the benefit of doubt but several visits later, all doubt was removed. q

Worst customer service EVER! I had a sales associate blow me off when I tried to ask a question and then when I was walking around there were two sales associates and what looked like district managers all standing around talking and one of the sales associates backed right into my stroller and didn’t even say sorry nor did the managers say anything then as I was walking out of the store that same associate pushed right past me without saying a word. I LOVE H&M but you will NEVER catch me in this one ever again.

Got Kids? Get H&M. Love the styles. REALLY love the holiday wear for girls. I’m a huge fan of United Colors of Benneton. when the wallet won’t support that habit I go to H&M(at least for the kids). Great for boys and girls. My teen… well those clothes make me feel uneasy so I haven’t shopped there for her. whew. Service.great; they leave me alone. I do not like being bothered when clothes shopping. Just be available not invasive.

My boyfriend loves it here, but the clothing is really hit or miss for me(hah, and the place is called H&M! Oh, I make myself laugh…) My only real complaint is the lack of customer service. I used to work for a retail mall shop, and I never went out of my way to ignore customers. They do. They might say hi when you’re being rung up, that’s about it.

Decent place for men’s clothing if you ask me. I was able to buy a couple of button-up shirts that were on sale for a good price(I believe they were $ 19.99). I do like the size of the store, where there are two floors to shop from. The employees were courteous. From the lady at helping out clients in the dressing room area, to the guy at the register, the customer service was strong. So what did I not like about H&M? Those skinny, nut-hugging jeans that they seem to have an abundance of. I couldn’t find any decent jeans here to save my life! I’m not a fan a baggy jeans, but I’m darn sure not a fan of the ball-busting, thigh grabbing ones either. Overall, this place is OK in my eyes. I would definitely go back to pick up some shirts, but not for pants: under any circumstance.

Men’s jeans/pants selection was so-so, but most people here were friendly and helpful. The location sucks, but the store itself is nice.

I can’t believe I’m the first one to review this H&M, but I’ll gladly take the credit. Two stories of shopping bliss(including a large men’s section downstairs). I came here the day after Christmas and even though none of the stuff I bought was on sale, I was still really happy with the price. Where else can you get a new suit for under $ 80? No where. I didn’t take much time looking around because it was kind of crowded. I was able to find what I wanted and if I looked I’m sure I would have spent more. Next time I’ll explore the top floor.
