I took my car here and received a quote that was 240% more than another place close-by. The communication was poor and they did not even make note of some other serious issues that I was having with my car (which would have come up in the diagnostics)

I have been bringing my cars to Leo’s for over three years now. When my transmission went out, they helped me arrange a tow company to get my car to their shop. Once they had my car, they walked me through the repair process in a way that I could understand. They were able to make repairs quickly and at a fair price. I have had bad experiences with other repair shops in the past, but Leo’s has proven to be thorough with their diagnostics, provide great repair services, and they are honest about work that needs to be done without trying to sell you additional work that isn’t necessary. I would highly recommend Leo’s Auto!

I had a great experience at Leo’s Auto and would highly recommend. The service is quick, professional, and affordable.
A light came on in my car indicating low tire pressure so I brought my car in to Leo’s with the intention of leaving it there for a couple hours and going back to work (my work is walking distance). Leo diagnosed the problem — a nail in one of my tires — in less than 5 minutes. He patched my tire for about $ 15. When all is said an done, he had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. The service was professional and friendly; I will definitely be a return customer.

(We were out of town customers of Leo’s and found them via a recommendation from a good friend that moved to Towson).
Our daughter mistakenly put diesel fuel into out regular car, we had it towed there and left overnight. When I called first thing in the morning, Mark explained what they would have to do and told us that he would call us to get permission to do the repairs.
The staff did a wonderful job and made all the repairs within one day. We drove back up there and settled the bill (which was very reasonable). I would definitely recommend them to others.
