The rudest salespeople on earth! They don’t care if you buy anything or not, or if you’re a satisfied customer or not. And as a commentary about the brand, not the individual store, they will not at all stand behind their work at all — as do most other high end brands. One of the leather straps on my purse broke, to fix it, I was looking at $ 500+.

I personally love Louis Vuitton! It is my favorite gift to purchase for people, it makes anyone smile and it is my personal favorite gift to buy myself! I typically deal with the Louis Vuitton in fairfax VA because that is where I lived. Now that I am here in Maryland the only store close is towson! I find this store to be very underwhelming. The main problem I have with the store is the staff! They do not know their merchandise! I came in looking for a new keep all bag because I am traveling in the coming month and I kid you not the girl had no idea what I was talking about she kept insisting the name was duffle and I just found that very strange. I definitely noticed how they treat certain customers differently then others! When I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help by multiple people. I guess it’s because I dress well and had my Versace sunglasses and my Gucci bag with me. When a older black lady came in she was not paid any attention too. Intact she stood looking at a bag for a few minutes asked for help and was told to wait so she left! As I would have to. I ended up buying my bag from them, but I can tell you I won’t be back to that location ever! I’ll drive to fairfax!

I came in look for a men wallet for my hubby, but they did not have it available at the store. I was asked to leave my info and they would call when they have the shipment come at 1. I waited till 3 but no one called. When I called, they were very rush and said I had to come back so they could show me the one similar to it as that one did not come in with the shipment. When I came back, I wasn’t greeted, no one cared about me looking for something. I guess they thought I was too cheap to buy anything so they just ignored me. I left in anger and came back the next day. I saw the same guy but he was with a customer. When I was served by someone else, that guy walked over to say that they already sold the wallet I wanted. I picked the other one, of course, more expensive. Then I accidentally saw the one I was looking for in the drawer. I asked the lady to let me see it. It was exactly the one I liked but why did he lie to me that he sold it??? Is it because this one is cheaper and he wanted to make more $$$ from me? Money is not an issue but it is bc I dont like any other one except that one. I was very dissapointed and felt being looked down on. I still purchased it bc the lady helping me was very nice. Never come back to this ass place

24 days later, customer service exchanged the scarf and I ordered a wallet instead. Everything was perfect with the wallet but I am not happy with LV when it comes to standing behind their product.

I’ve supported Louis Vuitton for years, never had a problem. I’ve bought several bags, well over $ 2K and have quite a collection. I had a defective purse that I know I’ve only used no more than 5 or 6 times that separated at the seam(didn’t tear, just separated). Took it in as it was a quality issue for repair… not only did they say they couldn’t fix it… they offered to do nothing. I had an issue with a handle that was separating at the seams a few years back, where glue was coming undone the same week I bought the bag. I took it to Bal Harbor, where I purchased it. They immediately apologized, and gave me a replacement bag that I had no issues with. So, now I own a very expensive piece of junk, where a company will not stand behind«their quality work». I caution anyone from purchasing from Louis Vuitton without thinking twice about the fact that they won’t stand behind their products, or do something when found to be defective. Beautiful bags indeed, but what’s the point if they will tear up in a short period of time. If that was okay, I’d buy my bags from coach and spend nothing for a purse. As expensive as their products are, they are somewhat of an investment. Why buy something that’s not worth the value? As much as I really«use» to love the brand… I can’t respect or support a company that operates this way, especially from a longtime customer that’s purchased thousands of dollars worth of items for myself and others as gifts.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The salesman was fabulous, I wish I could remember his name but when you are spending over $ 1000.00 for a purse things become a blurr. Very friendly, very helpful, and he made my purchase seem worth while. He helped me pick the perfect bag for my daughter.

Considering this is a luxury brand I would expect a better level of service when spending thousands of dollars on a bag. I felt rushed when making my decision to just pick a bag instead of letting me browse. I was not asked what I was looking for, or what I would be using the bag for in order to show me my best options. Unfortunately there is only one Louis Vuitton here in Baltimore, so I am stuck shopping her until I move. Unless I shop online, which is not something I prefer, I like to look at what I am buying in person and like to have the opportunity to try it on and be sure that I love it. The store is there for people to come shop at and look at the product in person, if that annoys the sales associates then they need to be working some place else.
