This is my second time at this location and the service was great. I was greeted properly and waited on very quickly. I used my Starbucks App and took advantage of the $ 2 for any sandwich special. The sandwich was yummy and so was the Caramel Mocha just right for winding down after a tough day at work. I recommend this location.

My favorite Starbucks. The only one in town that knows my name and knows my drink. Everyone is really nice no matter if they are very busy or really slow. Thanks Katie and Julian!

Usually this Starbucks is super busy from open to close. Especially the drive thru. I went last night on my way to work as I usually do, to pick up my coffee before they closed and before heading to my overnight shift. I went in, ordered my coffee, and waited 10 minutes while the one guy taking orders from the drive thru customers and running the espresso machine was running himself ragged. There were two other people working there just chit chatting off to the side, offering him no help. At some point I realized that I was going to be late for work and he hadn’t even started my drink yet. So I told the cashier that I couldn’t wait any longer… it had been close to 15 minutes. She didn’t offer to refund my money, she didn’t offer me a free drink coupon, I essentially paid $ 6 for the pleasure of waiting in a Starbucks and being 1 minute late to work — with no coffee to show for it. No bueno.

I stop here because they have a drive-thru and I’m lazy and in a hurry most mornings. I get the bacon breakfast sandwich which isn’t worth the price. Powdered eggs, floppy fatty bacon and a slice of cheese microwaved on a ciabatta roll. I get the same thing every time — iced coffee, 4 splenda, nonfat milk, little bit of mocha syrup. They always overdo the mocha syrup so my coffee comes out like, black. Lately I haven’t even been bothering to stop as the parking lot is super small and always crowded and unorganized. Not to mention the drive-thru has been moving slower and slower at each visit causing it to back up out onto the road. Overall, not the best. I’ll just make my coffee at home and have a bowl of cereal.

I happen to be in Towson for a doctors appointment. Afterwards I needed to get breakfast. I stopped at Starbucks and went through the drive through it was about 9 am ish. Only one car before me and I didn’t have to wait but a split second to be served. I tried the mozzerella and roasted tomato panini for the first time. It was ok but, not so sure if I would have it again. Only because it didn’t really do anything for my taste buds. You know I could not leave with out my caramel frappucino light with whip on top. This really made my morning. I was ready to go to work after this.

I used to stray away from Starbucks because I figured people only like it because its new. I’m the guy who roots for the underdogs if you cant tell. I try to give the local spots a fighting chance also but as time has rolled on and the visits have piled up I will admit to being a Starbucks addict. I try to order something different with every visit and built up a love for there cold drinks over the summer. I’m not a fan of there snacks though I do love the Banana Bread but hay its a coffee shop.

My sole reason for reviewing this particular Starbucks is that they market the«Trenta» sized cold cup! I know this was technically rolled out back in May sometime, so forgive me if I’m a bit behind the times, but none of the other Starbucks that I frequent between Baltimore County, Baltimore City and Howard County mention it on their menus and I’m ecstatic about it. I’m normally all about local coffee shops, especially for hot coffee drinks. But during these scorching hot summer days, nothing hits the spot like a shaken Passion Iced Tea. I could not believe my eyes when the barista handed me this monstrosity that was my drink order.(I don’t think my stomach and bladder did either.) While it may not quite as big as a 7 – 11 Big Gulp, it still stands quite impressive at 31 oz. and I know it’s going to be a good day when I get one — or, at least a good hour wihle I attempt to consume it in its entirety.
