Excellent service at the Kiosk! I bought a cell phone charger and a screen protector. The heavy duty screen protector! The man at the desk cleaned my phone up and put on the new protector for me. I wasn’t liking the cell covers there so he even directed me to another kiosk different than Verizon to buy my cover from! Excellent service and an honest sales associate! Couldn’t be happier!

Never set foot in a Verizon retail store. All Verizon retail stores should be avoided like the plague. The wait times are endless. The stores are a zoo. Go the Best Buy where there are no long lines of folks waiting for service. The overwhelmed clerks there are saints but their management forces customers to wait and wait and wait. Order online or call them and have them overnight you a new phone. Go anywhere but a Verizon store for a new cell phone.

I was at the verizon store in Towson, MD. The store said that they couldn’t give me an upgrade it because it was on a different line and they arent allowed to swap the upgrades. Being at the store, I called verizon wireless and explained the situation. I was extremely upset, agitated and frustrated because I was put on hold for 35 minutes. Let that sink in! 35minutes. What kind of customer service is that. I am a loyal verizon customer of over 6 years and my bill is currently 275 dollars a month. What the heck am i paying for: POOR customer service. Verizon is garbage. If i didnt pay attention to someone at work for 35 minutes, I’d be fired in a heartbeat and get an extensive lecture on customer support. Ultimately, Verizon offered to overnight a new phone at the 2 year upgrade price for 13 dollars. Come on verizon, are you kidding me? You are a multi-million dollar(evil) corporation. Why are you charging a loyal customer in need 13 dollars. Why? I dont understand. I’m switching to Tmobile.
