Buffalo Wild Wings

Like really? The wings didn’t have enough sauce and they give me carrots leftovers! I am paying for the food it’s no free! I deserve a good service!

Horrible bar experience !!! I came into the bar to have a beer while waiting for my daughter to arrive for dinner. I ordered a beer and the glass was chipped at the top. As I pushed it aside to get the bartender the glass tipped and broke. The bar manager Jorge Carmona was very rude and stated it was not his fault. Then wanted to charge me for another. His service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know how he made it to a manager position. Managers especially should care about their customers. I will never come back to Tracy Buffalo Wild Wings!

Service was questionable. After a friendly introduction from our server, she was rather inattentive and also pushy and had some unbecoming irritability. Wings were fairly solid although compared to Wing Stop I wasn’t particularly impressed (ie I didn’t think the quality was even close to double that of Wing Stop… but the price is about double). Overall an average experience and nothing to push them either into the awful or above average ratings.

While the staff was working hard, I can’t believe they would only schedule 4 people on a day with graduations and a soccer tournament in town. Poor management.
We arrived at 11:30, waited 15 minutes at the host station, finally seated ourselves in the bar, waited 15 minutes to order, got our food (cold) at 12:50. Been here many times, but today was awful.

Service was good, but the food wasn’t up to standard for a wing place.
The Burger my wife ordered was dry and burnt on the bottom of the meat. My boneless wings were more breading than actual chicken, and not a lot of sauce on the wings. The fries were warm and not hot or fresh. One of the kids order Mac & Cheese, and it looked like pasta shells w/​watered-​down cheese.
Great place if you want to drink and what multiple games, and you can handle the noise level. But I wouldn’t recommend the food. If you’re interested in food /​game mixture, go next door to Red Robins.

I did the Blazin’ Challenge and the wings came out so hot that my mouth blistered instantly. By the time my family was done eating, the blisters had popped. I’m surprised that I finished the challenge in time – because the Captain told me he literally got the wings out of a 375–400 °F fryer before serving me immediately. I could barely physically touch the wings… I’m never coming back to this location ever again.

Terrible. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy. We sat down and ordered a small wings, salad and potato stack. I sh*t you not almost an hour later, no check in from our waitress at all, not even for drinks much less to tell us «sorry your order is taking so long», i had to go up and ask for a manager to deal with the issue. I told him to chock up the order we had to leave. Wasn’t planning on being there 2 hours. He removed the items we didn’t get but that was it. I mean i would have appreciated a discount or coupon or something for the crap we dealt with and the time wasted but no. Nothing. Really disappointed in that. Not sure if I’ll be trying this again.

Server name is Viri, we came in around 11pm. I understand that it was a late time to come in but they didn’t even give us silver wear to eat until we asked and food took a super long time to come in. Service was horrible. There was 6 of us, and they only gave us 2 menus. Service was just shitty, there’s no excuse for it to be that bad because it was not busy at all. Music was super loud, server couldn’t even hear us, we had to talk into her ear

Bartender is awesome! I ordered original zing and buffalo wings. They brought me out boneless. I returned it and its been 45 minutes. Great boss, cook who does not give a shit!

Love the wings here. No problem with that. My question is why no local beers on tap? There are a ton of local breweries with excellent beer and not one on tap. Boooo

The service here is so awesome, every time I’ve been here the servers have been very nice, super attentive. They answer all questions & bring the bill quickly!
The food is good & very consistent, my fried pickles & popcorn shrimp are always on point!
If you come in during a game or a fight, expect a longer wait because the place can get really busy!

Those street tacos keep me coming back!!! I know its Buffalo Wild WINGS, but that’s all I’ve been craving ever since they got them on the menu. I do love the wings as well, along with the cheesecake bites, nachos, fries, lol. Most of all, the service is wonderful!!!

How to have a good time at Buffalo Wild Wings:
Option 1: set your expectations very low. Expect the food to take 30+ minutes. expect the waiters to be MIA most of the time and possibly mess up your order.
Option 2: Get drunk
The foods not bad but it’s definitely not worth the bad service which I’ve come to expect at any Buffalo Wild Wings including this Tracy location.

Good atmosphere, enjoyed Super Bowl 50 with multiple screen and loud crowd… food was average

Our group of four sat down at the bar table area, were greeted pretty fast by our waitress, and our drinks were taken. Then we proceeded to wait 45 minutes for our order to be taken. And it would have been longer than 45 minutes if we hadn’t flagged down another waiter, who wasn’t even tending to our area, but was nice enough to relay our order to the waitress. She was polite about it and apologized for the long wait, although I didn’t understand since the place wasn’t crowded and there were plenty of empty tables around. Step up your customer service and be more attentive.

This restaurant is amazing!
Always fantastic service. I am talking drinks filled up before you even hear the slurp noise. Great environment! The tvs are always on different channels and it is really fun to watch the football games there. They are open late, so it’s a great hangout for my friends and I. The waitresses always give us time while we eat and we have never been rushed.
This place is great! But one waitress has gone above and beyond the normal. I am gluten free. This is an allergy, I have celiac disease. Which means I get really really sick if I eat gluten, come in contact with it near my mouth, or even cross contamination.
It was pretty late like 11:30pm and the waitress Sabrina came up to our table and asked what we would like. I asked her «I have a really long question to ask you can I?» She said «sure!» With enthusiasm! I told her all about being gluten free and how something would need to be prepared. She right away got me the nutritional packet and had me find something to eat on then. When I found an idea, she proceeded to say yes but only after walking into the kitchen and asking the cook and staff of they would be able to be as careful as I needed? She came back and they said yes and see wrote down every single important thing! My food came and it was amazing! I got the prime rib salad but separated. It was yummy and perfect did not get sick at all.
But then at the end I asked her to write down the order because I come there a lot. She did with exact detail and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Sabrina!!! And Buffalo Wild Wings for being so SPECTACULAR!!!

It was in late 2011 that I first got to try BWW in Chicago and it was absolutely amazing compared to what we used to have in Wingstop. Then they started popping all over bay area and since moving to tracy we have this one pretty close by to hangout and chill. Usually I go in on weekends and sometimes on their wings tuesday event, my favorite used to be Garlic parmesan, lemon pepper and hot ones. Recently we got cravings for mango habanero and thai curry.
Now coming to this particular location.
Service: The staff is not very knowledgable as its usually young kids handling the day to day activities but a few old timers are good at what they do.
Ambience: A typical sports grill kind of setup with people having bibs and crowns mingle among general foodies.
Variety: The menu is pretty extensive and they also do lunch now which was good.
Finally the WINGS: The sauces are good not too slimy and not too thick, it coats perfectly around the wings. Personally, I do like bigger wings which they serve with aplomb and the size remains consistent across all my 10 visits. The crispiness of the wings vary sometimes as I feel they do dip some of the left-​over ones along with newer ones which is kind of funky. For to-​go order they open the box and make sure they have fulfilled the order exactly the way it should be.
Overall, a nice place for wings in Tracy area with good customer service.

That’s the only reaction you’re going to get out of me after taking another stab at this place since setting foot in the icky sticky Modesto location.
They really try to keep families separated from the ruffian bar crowd but it’s a sport bar and grill like any other. The staff were nice and accommodating but the food was lack luster other than their fried pickles which I would say had an edge on a few other restaurants in the area.
Would I go back? Nope. I’ve thrown in the towel on this one.

So I came here a couple weeks ago. It was around 10pm I think. We needed a table for three and there wasn’t any booths open, all but one was taken. That one needed to be cleaned. I don’t know why, but maybe it’s me. I’m always seated near the doorway area when there ARE other tables open. I don’t know why you would seat someone in the front like that unless you ARE being lazy. Well my mom has a bad back and wanted to sit @ the booth since the chairs were just way too hard. I don’t know how anyone could enjoy their meal sitting on those things. Even I found them annoying and needed some patting. So we asked a worker if it was possible to have that one booth cleaned and she said it was however they didn’t clean it right away. We must have waited four extra mins just for that booth to be cleaned. And it’s not like they were busy either.
I didn’t have a problem with the food. That was good. We ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken Salad and the Tablegating Sampler. I had asked for more of the Honey BBQ sauce and was given BBQ Ranch instead, lol. I loved the pretzels! And that cheese it came with was amazing! The pita chips were good too! I also wanted more artichoke dip lol it was good. I didn’t try the stuffed jalapeño peppers since I don’t like them, but my boyfriend said they were okay, which means eh. The sauce we got for our wings was teriyaki. I do like that kind of sauce, but this time I didn’t. There was too much of something in it, I made a face of if I had just tasted a sour orange. My mom and boyfriend liked it though. I like the Honey BBQ sauce that came with the salad.
Overall my time here was okay. The lights were on the low side since there’s so many tv’s in there. The music was loud. I might be back, but it won’t be for awhile since I don’t come home as often now.
