I have to say the customer service here was outstanding! Rose was the cashier. Very energetic and helpful! It’s been a long time since I’ve had excellent service at a fast food place. Great place!!! Highly recommend.

Usually if you want anything hot the wait time is minimum 15 minutes. Even though you are in drive through, still they will ask you to park in the front and wait. This is pretty annoying. But the quality of the chicken is very good.

When in last night for a burger and fries. Time stamp on my receipt was 6:01. The order did not come out until 6:40. The drive thru was being serviced while dine in customers just sat around waiting,
Once I had my order the fries were cold. I took them back to the counter and complained. No apology and no replacement.
I obviously won’t be back.

Ordered $ 20.00 meal and was told only had dark pieces. Okay til I opened up the bucket and got 7 legs and one thigh. Just call it the $ 20.00 leg rip off. Biscuits were not cooked enough and inedible. Won’t be going back.

Horrible horrible horrible.
My boyfriend and I try not to eat fast food but one night we both got home super late from work and we were starving! Went through the drive through and ordered food for ourselves and our two roommates.
The person taking out order had us repeat it over 5 times… I’m not exgeratting when I say that.
I wouldn’t be upset, but I honestly feel like she was messing with us. I felt like we were talking really clearly and that she could hear us.
When we pulled up to the window to pick up our food the young girl told us that they were out THREE DIFFERENT THINGS THAT WE ORDERED.
I work at a restaurant myself and I understand that running out of food is an unavoidable circumstance. But running out of three different things on a Wednesday night just seems bizarre to me.
Poor management is really shown in a situation like that.
Up to this point, while I was regretting my descsion to eat at a KFC, I was still trying hard to just believe the workers were probably not having a good night. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.
That was until we FINALLY got our food. The employee practically threw it at us. She was the rudest person I believe I have ever met. Because we ordered a good amount of food I wanted to check that we had everything before we left. We were there literally a minute before the employee told us to move our car because we were holding up the line. THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US!
I wanted to laugh out loud. I couldn’t believe she said that!
My boyfriend and I at this point were so fed up that we left.
When we got home we realized why she wanted us to leave so badly! They «forgot» two things that we ordered!
Overall just don’t go here. The workers are horrendous, miserable children that hate their jobs, and want to take it out on their customers.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. They mess up my order every time. Today I asked the employee to check that my side was correct because the receipt said something different, she insured me it was correct and didn’t bother to check. When I pulled over not only was my side incorrect but I also was missing my biscuit and eating utinsils. Just a total lack of customer service and they didn’t even apologize. I will not be going to that location again.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The employees here are rude and just unhappy. No matter how you say it. They always get your order wrong. The employees are always in a hurry to rush you out… Before taking my order from the employees hand I asked her to make sure that it was correct. She said it was correct and of course it was incorrect… When I called to let them know… The assistant manager was no help at all I guess that’s where the employees get the rudeness from … Everyone at this location needs to take a retraining course in customer service… This is just a reminder why don’t go to KFC… If you don’t want to work any fast food restaurant then quit

The worst KFC in the whole bay Area go to L polio Loco the food is better and a lot healthier for you and the customer service is better and friendlier and you’ll be a lot happier

Terrible customer service. Rather go to Popeyes now. Just got home from ordering our two $ 5.00 fill ups. One pot pie and the three piece tender. When my husband opened his pot pie he found apples instead. I called down there and Taylor answered the phone. When I told her what happened and said my husband is on his way to get his order fixed she replied with well I just sold my last two you’ll have to wait 20 min. Ummmmm where’s the apology or so sorry for the inconvenience. I was like ok we just want a refund now. She said ok and hung up. Great customer service girl!!! Way to make up wanna come back.

I stopped going years ago. The order would be messed up in one way or another. When i brought it to the cashiers attention i was told that if i had a problem with the i could go elsewhere. And i did. That is until the 11^th street location closed and mom wanted chicken.
Yeah. They screwed it up again.
I was given a cookie for the inconvience. (Can you sense the sarcasm there?)
Wont be back again.

The girls at this KFC are awesome! Friendly and accommodating.

Came in ten minutes before dining room closes. 4 people in line ahead of me. Then 2 came in behind me. So 7 people in line. One employee on register, one employee on drive thru and two CLEANING the kitchen. Hello. Dont you think the two employees cleaning the kitchen for their own benefit (clean store and go home early) could help with making the food, so all 7 of us in line, dont have to wait 8 – 9 minutes to get our order??? How selfish is that? The employee @ the register even had to get out of the way, so the floor could be mopped. Every tine I go to this location, the wait is slways longer than it should be. Usually more than 10 minutes. And its simple stuff to. Like chicken tenders & a drink. Hire some staff, and stop inconveniencing the public already

I really love the ice cream at the A&W! Seriously the best ice cream compared to other fast food restaurants! Yes the lines may be long, but 69 cents for a cone?! COM’ON totally worth it!
Plus, give them a chance! They’re super busy bc of the other KFC closing, they’re still adjusting to the new volume!

The worst service ever! Poorly trained employees. I dont know why my husband and i always gon back here we love a&w kfc but the service sucks! Tonight we ordered and asked if everything was packed and the young lady said «yah» we double checked and not all our orders were there, so we went back and waited another long time.

Ok, so let’s be honest. Fast food, I know… But this is the worst service we have ever received. My husband decided to grab us dinner after work and we usually go to the location on 11^th, but this was on his way… The girl at the window asked for his card, then proceeded to give him his order, 1 meal short. When he asked her about the other meal she questioned him only to then realize she was indeed missing it. After giving him the second meal, she asked for payment, again. He told her she had already taken payment. She then told him it hadn’t gone through, only to come to find our bank account was debited 2 times incorrectly. Upon trying to reach anyone at this location there has been no answer. Like I said, I know it’s fast food, but come on! AWFUL!

This place has gone down hill. Long wait and missing items. How am I suppose to eat coleslaw? With my fingers… Don’t waist your time, go across the street. They might mess your order up too but at least their portion sizes are better than this junk.

If i could give a big fat ZEROOOOOO i would. Service sucks and it doesnt feel clean. Yuck! I couldnt wait til popeyes opened across the street. Never would i go here again.

First of all how do you read the menu??? Every price is for a combo, there are no single item prices. So confusing. I so wanted to try the Pot Pie, which I have to say I really enjoyed. Yummy, but as others have stated all root beer minimal ice cream in the floats.
I think I would return if the menu was more user friendly I hate to tie up traffic in line with my questions such as «how much for just a hot dog on its own» «How much for just the pot pie and not the combo“our review helps others learn about great local businesses.

I was really craving a root beer float and a KFC famous bowl so I hit the drive thru being it was almost 11 pm. I just got home and was expecting my craving to be satisfied and I’m so disappointed. my famous bowl has like 4 tiny pieces of chicken & no corn in it. which I guess some may not care about but to me it’s a different texture in my meal and that’s something I can appreciate. and my root beer float is like 90% Soda, I would have liked to have at least a little bit more ice cream. it’s so scarce that I don’t even need the spoon. I get that it was near closing time, but still. I’m very dissatisfied. boo.
