My friend and I came here for lunch after a day of shopping. We each bought a pretzel. I’m pregnant and was very warm so I asked for a cup of water. She then proceeded to give me an itty bitty paper cup(the kind you can take two sips of and its gone.) I asked her if I could please get a bigger cup of water(like the ones they put soda in) I even said she can charge me for the cup as if it had soda, not water in it. She then very rudely told me «No we can’t do that. You can get a bottle of water though»(which was outrageously priced) I said«What’s the issue if your charging me as if you would if I had ordered a soda instead of water? I’m pregnant and don’t want soda» She then said«We can’t do that anymore» with a rude look on her face. I couldn’t believe it! And WILLNOT be going back. I def don’t recommend this place to anyone. Very rude customer service. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I used to be their regular customer. But their poor customer service is really turning me away. Whoever says their staff is friendly is lying or faking a review. I know the staff well they r rarely friendly and this time it’s going overboard. I don’t understand why they had to give me such an attitude. We ordered a large lemonade and asked the lady for a little cup in order to share with my baby girl. They refused and said an extra empty cup would cost $ 2.65. I thought I heard it wrong and confirmed with the manager to find out that this was really the case. He also gave me a face like I am too cheap to buy another cup for my daughter. I can barely finish the large cup considering how much sugar is in it. On a regular I also buy pretzel and other stuffs. Buy today a lemonade is all I wanted. Really? How much does an empty cup cost? I am afraid I can’t be their customer anymore.

If you want something sweet(or salty or spicy) at the mall, this is a good place to go to. There really aren’t that many choices anyway. =) The Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel /Stix /Nuggets are at the top of our list but it all started with the Original Pretzel and the Sweet Glaze(which actually goes with the Raisin Pretzel). The Jalapeño Pretzel and the Pretzel Dog are also recommended. We may have tried all their flavors because they give out samples every so often.

when hunger calls at the mall, we always go to Auntie Anne’s. I wish we didnt when we were at the West Valley Mall. My wife ordered 2 almond pretzels and a large size cup of water(pointing at the soda fountain indication water from there). Cashier charges us for a large bottled water(nearly $ 2 more) and had already charged our card. we told them that we wanted a «large size cup of water» in those words, while pointing at the soda fountain. we didnt mind having the transaction credited back to our account and charging us again for the cup water. teenage male cashier looks at us like it was our fault and says«you said large bottled water». wow. totally put words in our mouth. we never said«bottled». so cashier asks manager to do a return. manager had the nerve to continually sigh several times, while talking in spanish with the other workers. Just to let you know, ITISVERYRUDETOTALKIN A LANGUAGETHATYOURCUSTOMERSDONOTKNOW. shiz, we dont know if they were talking crap about us. anyways, manager did the return transaction but geez, she gave us the most unfriendliest facial expression i have ever seen. A note to the owner of this franchised Auntie Anne’s…PLEASE train your employees about customer service and sighing in front of customers is so unprofessional. We are giving you money for your services. the last thing i want from a person i’m giving money to is to be treated the way we were. If Unilocal allowed ZERO stars, this particular place would get one.
