I was school shopping with my three daughters this afternoon. I saw that they had some backpacks that were half off, that’s originally why I stopped in there. When we walked in, the employee behind the register greeted us. Then another employee walked up from the aisle we were standing in and greeted us. She asked us if we were looking for anything in particular, I said that we were just looking. Then she said that she could measure my one daughter that needed shoes. I would have taken her up on her offer, but we bought shoes at Vans last week, so we knew her current size. I’ve shopped at multiple Payless Shoe Stores, in different cities. Never, have I had any employee ask if my girls needed to be sized. It was really nice to know that they were so willing to help the customers. She spent probably fifteen to twenty minutes looking and trying on shoes. They weren’t doing their BOGO half off deal, but a lot of the shoes were marked down from original prices. My daughter ended up going with a $ 9 pair of purple airwalk tennis shoes. There was a pair of Shake It Up tennis shoes that were her size for $ 8. She said that she really didn’t like them, but I bought them anyways. When am I going to find two pairs of tennis shoes for under $ 20?!? If you’re looking for shoes for kids, I suggest this place. They have a good selection of shoes, good prices and excellent customer service!

What has happened to the customer service at this location? They used to have nice people working here, now a couple zombie robots greet you, if theyre in the mood. The sales can’t be beat. I love coming here for my kids shoes. They have a great selection.
