Best pizza and pesto cheesy bread in Tracy!!! Great driver. everything **hot**, order correct, yummy!!! Such a great decision to try it. The olives… the chicken… The PESTO BREAD omg!!! Yummmy beyond yummy

I just moved to Tracy, CA. I have been a Pizza Guys patron for years in my hometown. NEVER have I had a problem ordering or using a coupon over the phone. Tonight I attempted to order a pizza on special (which is on special on the Pizza Guys website) and I was told I would need to bring in a physical coupon. A snapshot on my phone would not work. WAY TO GO Pizza Guys. You lost a customer and have left me in such disappointment that I am now writing a review on Unilocal bout the poor service I received. Your pizza is good, but it’s not good enough to justify poor service.

This is my very first review in 10+ years on Unilocal.I am usually a Unilocal voyeur, just reading everyone else’s reviews. This time I thought I wanted to reward the Pizza Guys in Tracy for great service. I have lived in Tracy for 7 years but just tried them for the first time a few months ago. I was impressed with the delivery and prices and my kid love there pizza, and the adults love the taco pizza it’s something different and so yummy. When I call in they are super friendly and refer to my by name, as it comes up with my phone number. And ordering online is easy and convenient If something is not right they correct it with a smile, which is a nice change from most of the other places I have ordered from. So if you have not given them a try, you should!

Good pizza in Tracy for the price! We would order from them again. Round Table & Mt Mikes are always great but SOOOOO expensive.

Been coming here for years. Never had a bad experience. Great pizza, great service.

We got our food delivered a couple of mins ago and the delivery guy forgot the ranch and said to us «oh its just ranch it doesn’t matter» i have never heard this before.

Gosh, I hope this isn’t the best pizza place in Tracy. We ordered delivery, pizza and garlic cheese sticks/​bread, whatever. The crust was too dry and crisp for my taste, and what’s up with the cheese?! That can’t be real cheese, and they totally skimped on it! I’ve had DiGoiorno that tastes better, and it only seems slightly better than Tony’s. But for the price, I think I’d heat up a Tony’s myself. Thank you.

Some of the recipes are amazing but some of them are plain crap. Probably it all depends on the person making it and the day of the week, as all three occasions we went in the crew was different. The base was perfectly cooked but the ingredients were tasteless specifically the chicken pesto one, but garlic chicken was amazing and their bread sticks were just ok.
We got take-​out all the time so can’t really comment on their delivery but once in my neighborhood a pizza guys delivery dude had an empty house as delivery address and he couldn’t get it corrected from the person who took the order for almost like 20 min.
Important: U get an ice cream or 2l soda if you order over 18 $ so please do get it, the sales guy won’t tell u.

Ordered on Sunday evening 10÷11÷15. I tried to order through Unilocal app which says you’re ordering through eat 24. Eat24 is not accurate because Pizza guys does not have the 2 for 20 deal anymore it is now 2 for 22. Still not a bad deal. You still get your choice of a free soda or ice cream as long as you choose the takeout option. When I called and ordered over the phone they did tell me that they were having problems ordering pizza online. I would have given 5 stars but their soda selection was very minimal it could have been that they did not have a chance to stock. Pizza is usually done 15 to 20 minutes every time I order good job Pizza guys.

I ordered and extra large pizza using their deal. It was pretty good and was ready in 10 minutes. The personnel were very nice. I even went back to get a free ice cream (the coupon came up when I checked in) she was very polite about it and let me take one after I showed her the coupon even though my total was only 15 $ after tax. Great service and great product.

Nice friendly customer service quick my pizzas were ready in less than 15 mnts not bad for a Saturday night.

Yumm. Love the chewy crust and tons of toppings. Not like other places that only give you a few toppings, they really pile it on. Pizza was delic!

Ordered from them several times. The pizza is good, kinda pricey but don’t have many options in Mountain House. Only complaint is that their website/​app sucks. It’s 2015, I shouldn’t have to call in a pizza order. They have coupons on the site, but the print is so small you can’t even read it. Then when you do figure it out, it doesn’t tell you that you should add the coupon first and then build your order. So, after you have built your entire order and add the coupon code, it then prompts you to fulfill the coupon. Waste of time. Other than that, the actual pizza is good.

These people are absolute crooks.
I had a babysitter watching my kids last night, I gave her money to order from these scam artists. When I got home from work she told me that since we live in Mountain House the delivery driver told her that «since it was such a long way (never an issue before/​never said they didnt deliver) she was required to reimburse him for his gas» I was absolutely shocked. I immediately called this place to find out what happened. I spoke with a manager that said he would call the driver and call me back… which he didnt!
After that I reviewed my front door camera just to make sure that it wasnt a misinterpretation, sure enough he said exactly that «Since it was such a long drive she was RESPONSIBLE for reimbursing his gas».
I called again today because like i said there was no return call (great customer service) the manager tells me she was expecting my call, she told me that «Their driver has been with them for 3+ years and has never had an issue like this before and they are reimbursed through the delivery charge.» Once she found out that there was video/​audio her demeanor changed. She said the only way she will do anything about it is if I turn over my footage to her. (probably so they can destroy it)
Personally I feel like because it was a woman at home by herself she was taken advantage of, being that I have ordered quite a few times and never told of any thing close to that. Its people like this that make these great businesses lose loyal customers.
Dont get me wrong the Pizza is good, but I dont feel comfortable trusting that the policies and procedures would be upheld if my wife/​sister/​mother ordered from here.
Next is the BBB and local news/​radio I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to any more unsuspecting victims

This pizza location does deliver to Mountain House! I repeat: this pizza location DOES deliver to Mountain House! I don’t live there, but I was babysitting my friend’s kids. My kids were there also and they were all getting hungry. I didn’t feel like getting them all into the car and taking them into Tracy for dinner, so I decided on ordering some pizza.
Now, living in Tracy, I don’t pose the same issues that some Mountain House residents may face — such as not delivering to their house. There was one pizza business that I was going to order from before Pizza Guys, but they didn’t deliver to where we were at. I came on Unilocal and looked at the reviews, thought I’d give them a call and see what their specials were and if they could bring it to us.
A nice, young woman answered the phone and helped me place my order. My friends had a coupon sitting on their dining room table from them, so I ended up using that. I ordered two medium one-​topping pizzas, bbq wings, cheesy bread and a 2-​liter of Pepsi. The total with tax and tip came to $ 55.
I’ve only eaten PG’s a couple of times, but that was awhile ago when I was still living in Pleasanton. The delivery time was what they said it was going to be — about 45 minutes. The pizza was okay, it’s your average crust with the toppings that you choose. But the wings and the cheesy bread were delicious! I would order those two things again, for sure!
I always like trying new places to see how they are. If you’re looking for a pizza place to deliver, both in Tracy or Mountain House, Pizza Guys does that. The only downfall was their mobile app, you can’t order from it. You have to go old school and call them. Other than that, I’m a fan and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Recommended to me by some friends I have to agree that this is one of the better places to come in Tracy for Pizza. We do have a fair amount of Pizza options here but when you know what those options are it’s actually pretty sad, I say skip those for take out and come here.
The Pizza are really loaded with toppings, we always get the same ”All Meat” and there’s so much Meat that you can’t see the sauce underneath. Love it! The crust is fairly good too and really good dipped in their Garlic sauce.
Aside from Pizza they also do Pasta, Salads and Wings as well as Garlic Pizza Bread which is so good I could happily just eat that on it’s own.

They get really busy so call your order in or place it online and it will be ready for when you collect it.

I called and spoke to the VERY friendly and helpful Santana today when trying to order a surprise lunch for my boyfriend who is working out of state. I called from TX and she helped me… all the way from CA! You guys are so awesome! Thank you so much for making this delivery perfect! He said the pizza was amazing, as well as the churros! You guys get 5 starts from us for sure!!!
Santana even went ABOVE and BEYOND and accepted my request to place the pepperoni’s in the shape of a heart! :}
