Subway

Let me first start off by saying that this is the first time I actually was compelled to write a review (in the 5 years I’ve been on Unilocal!) due to the terrible customer service I received at this location. Like some other reviewers have written, the food is good, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE. I went through the process of placing my order with a younger girl who didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there. She had this attitude and made me feel like I was bothering her just by placing a normal order. So I placed my order and told her exactly what toppings I wanted and didn’t want (like everyone is supposed to do at Subway, right?). She said ok, then quickly proceeded throwing all the toppings on there (like on autopilot) and basically ignoring everything I had just said just a few seconds ago. When I told her I didn’t want those toppings (the second time), she said ok and just left them on there anyway and pushed the order along to the cashier. I figured whatever, I’ll just remove them myself. So when I got to the cashier, I had asked to place the dressing condiment on the side (another thing the original girl failed to listen to). So this woman now says, «Ok, which one did you want.» I gave her my choice, she looked around for about 15 seconds, then said we don’t have that. Instead of doing what a person in customer service should do, which is to ask «is there another dressing we can get for you», she just proceeded to give me the total like she just wanted to complete this transaction and move on to the next customer. I was so pissed at this point, I just paid and got the heck out of there. I’ve worked in retail and customer service positions when I was a teenager through young adulthood, and I have never treated my customers with so much disrespect. The sad part about all this is both the younger girl and older female cashier exhibited this kind of poor customer service. They shouldn’t be in the food service industry with that kind of attitude. Like I said, I am a pretty fair and lenient guy when it comes things, and I have a high degree of patience and forgiveness for people, but this experience just floored me to where I had to write about it. I go to Subway’s all throughout the Central Valley at least 3 – 5 times a week, but I’ll tell you that I will NEVER give my business to this establishment again. I just hope others don’t have to deal with what I did!

This is a great place and great staff always nice!

The sandwiches are really good! I just think they need to hire better people! I went in there today and the girl gave me too much attitude. If you don’t like your job, quit!!!

This Subway is not your typical Subway, very clean and a nice staff working there. Most Subways I feek like the staff hates you for interrupting their conversation, here they were nice and very helpful. And the most important thing, my pastrami sandwich was great.

If you live near the south side of Tracy. Shop at Raley’s or go to Starbucks or this Subway, your going to run into me sooner or later.
This Subway is located in the Maple Leaf Shopping Center on the North East corner of Tracy and Valpico. I don’t know why the map shows this place further down the street than where it actually is. But hey. I guess we all can’t be perfect.
I’ve always got prompt help, walked into a clean facility, and fresh sandwiches at this Subway.

This is one of the best Subways in Tracy. The facilities are always clean, the staff is very friendly, they make your sandwiches just the way you want it, and they are much faster than any other Subway. Their sandwiches are always good and their produce is always fresh.

There is a girl that I unfortunately always gets. And I have to yell and slow talk like I’m talking to an idiot. I also have to repeat myself 10 times for her to understand me. I know it’s not right to say that you shouldn’t work with the public unless you understand English, but come on!

Slow service by employees that absolutely show their displeasure on their face! I wanted to ask them why they r working here if the obviously hate it so much? On top of that, they were out of several ingredients for a popular sandwich?! Okay, I know there are a lot of Subways just in Tracy-​I have been here for several years and tried them all-​this one is one of the worst. The one down Tracy Blvd. going Nrth (in the Savemart and Chevron shopping center) is the best! Liz runs it and girl knows what she’s doing! NEVER out of ingredients and they r QUICK!!! You want a sandwich done quick and right-​go to this other location!

I believe this is the one next to wells fargo. The staff the they have working there is sooo sweet and funny. 2 young bubbly girls and one young man especially! Sandwiches are great but most importantly u feel welcomed when ur in there.
