Not as big as the other Walgreens in Tracy but it’s staffed with helpful and friendly people. Filling prescriptions is easy and straightforward and the store is clean and efficiently laid out. Would highly recommend this place as your neighborhood pharmacy.

Horrible experience I went there as a new patient to fill a prescription. The first cashier I talked to couldn’t be bothered to deal with the insurance forms, back at the end of the line. The second cashier was clearly annoyed at me when the insurance wouldn’t cover the whole diffraction of the treatment. The pharmacist couldn’t be bothered to make herself understood. She walked to me, vomited her spiel super fast on the counter and didn’t repeat when I asked her to, even though she is legally required to. No way in hell I’m every stepping into that store again.

Good store just stop asking for donations everytime I go to checkout-makes me want to go to Rite Aid and pay double just to avoid this.

It’s the smaller of the 2 Walgreens in Tracy. It’s nice really easy to find your way around. I went I pretty lay close to closing and the staff were a little busy but approachable. I asked for clarity on a sale item and it was given without hesitation. No complaints here.

This review is long overdue. I used to live within walking distance of this Walgreens and would stop in if they had something on sale that piqued my interest. The employees on the front end were friendly and helpful. I docked two stars for my interaction with the pharmacist that gave me my flu shot on 1÷29÷14. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. I’m naturally thin and he made a snippy comment about how the needle was going to go right to the bone b/c my arm was so thin. I have a very weak stomach and don’t take shots well so this was very upsetting and it made my stomach turn and I felt faint. I should have got up and left but I stayed as he had already prepared the shot. He didn’t hit the bone– thankfully but the guy was an a$$. As a result, I decided I would NEVER return to this pharmacy for a flu shot or any other needs. He shouldn’t be working with people.

I’ve been in the drivethru lane for over 25minutes and at the window for over 5minutes without anyone even acknowledging that there is a customer waiting. I guess the car in front was waiting as her prescription was being filled and very inconsiderate of the people waiting behind her. It should be a policy to have people wait at a parking spot like McDonald’s when their order is going to take a while. Still waiting as I’m typing this and there are four cars behind me already. This is aweful, I’ll have to speak with the manager. this pharmacy sucks.

Well I didn’t think I would have to give this pharmacy a bad review since I did switch from the one on 11th due to the customer service problems, but turns out this one has a issue with pharmacist not handling IMPORTANT prescriptions correctly. I see why most walgreens have low ratings everywhere. My issue is this… I drop off a blood thinner prescription to be filled that had an Auth for a second one to be filled as well since I was leaving out of country for 2 months in 3 weeks. They were supposed to mark it RUSH upon faxing it to my ins. THEYDIDN’T! I had to complain the day before leaving just to get it filled for my trip. I had been trying for the past week, checking to see if it was filled but told to come back next day and check again. Now this is not a case where the ins company was slow responding(reason for me taking care of it early just in case) my ins approved it same day I complained! And it took 3 weeks to do this?! Walgreens you need to get your pharmacy issues together! ALLWALGREENS! I have had sooo many issues in the past as well at many different walgreens. I get that it can get busy but if your pharmacy help can’t do it right then find people who can!

Waited in the photo department for over 20 minutes with no one to help me. One cashier was at the register ringing people up. I know he saw me since we made eye contact several times but never acknowledged me. Never called for help in photo or even say someone will be right with you. Also the old guy in the pharmacy that looks like couernial Sanders is extremely rude and acts like he hates his job! EVERY time I see him.

I sometimes drop by here during the last leg of my walking workout in the morning to check if I needed some things. The lady that work the cosmetics counter is always cheery and helpful especially during early mornings. I didn’t really have any major concerns about this place which some of the reviewers had since I really only purchased minor things here eg. toiletries, cosmetics, etc. This place is right around the corner for me so I can just drop by if I needed something and sneak in some needed exercise along the way. The only thing that bummed me out is that I can’t use their pharmarcy since they had a falling out with my insurance carrier here so I would have to play full price if I wanted to fill my prescriptions here. But other than that, this place is very convenient for me.

Asked an employee by the name of Brandon to put something on hold in the store for me. He acted like I asked him to reorganize my taxes! He really didn’t want to find the item I needed and assist me over the phone. We asked for TWO of the same item to be put on hold & they never were put up front. Also, one of them disappeared within the ten minutes it took us to get there. Not professional business. If you say you are going to put something on hold for a customer, please do. It was disappointing, as these action figures were going to be Christmas gifts. Brandon acted confused as to where the other action figure was… possibly set aside for himself. I won’t be bringing my business here.

Horrible customer service!!! We purchased Walgreens brand batteries that were terrible. Lasted only a couple hours but they would not take them back. The manager was rude and did not care we are loyal customers. Will never shop there… headed to Rite Aid! Walgreens doesn’t need our business or yours!

They seem to be getting better in the pharmacy. I had previously given them one star but they recently have been getting my requests correct and not longer abusing my contact information. They still do auto refills way too early, which allows them to be paid more per year by my insurance company as they actually squeeze 14 months of refills into a 12 month year and I end up with too much medication.

This store absolutely sux. No one to ever help you. Angelique and some other woman in Photo are horrible. Told me that my wet hair was going to make someone fall in their store and was rude. I tried to explain to her about a discount online that wasn’t applying to my cart and she kept telling me I was interrupting her, and then explained to me what I already told her. She doesn’t listen. Ask for Stacy Luna the manager.

This is for the pharmacy. I have shopped here for a few years and its been just a normal Walgreens nothing too exciting. However recently I had a prescription filled here where I was shorted half of it. The prescription was so cheap I wasn’t really concerned about it. I called them up for the refill the next month and while I was refilling it I casually mentioned that in case there’s an issue refilling it I only got half of what I was suppose to get last time. When I went to pickup my prescription they didn’t charge me for it and gave me the rest of my prescription I was shorted the month previous. I never asked them to do this and I knew there was no way I could prove it, however the pharmacist took my word for it and made sure I was taken care of. You will not get better customer service from any other pharmacy in Tracy. They might make a mistake but they are right there to fix it for you. I recommend this place, plus it has a drive thru window for pickups!

So, one bad experience and one good experience equals 3 stars from me. I ordered some Christmas card prints at this location. It was my last stop from an evening of Christmas shopping. A seemingly easy transaction ended up being a quite frustrating and long process. Only to be left unresolved. Let me explain. The«Photo Specialist»(or lack there of) got my order as requested, and rang me up. As I get into the car, I take one of the cards out to take a look at my Christmas card, and there’s a black line that streaks right across my daughters face. I then grab them ALL out, and they are on EVERYSINGLE card. A dark black line, right across her face. As I return to the store the«Photo Specialist» is helping a customer at the register. He see’s me and immediately recognizes I am the one who picked up the Photo Cards and says«Oh great, what happened». I told him«There’s a black line that’s across my daughters face, I’d like to get these reprinted» And he replies«Ah, shit. Just wait over there(points to photo center), there’s a lot of customers I have to help right now»… not very friendly, right? I walk over to the photo center and patiently wait for him to help the other customers. About 5 – 6 minutes later, he looks to see what happened. It LOOKED like he attempted to try to fix the problem. He says he couldn’t get my photo back, because at the end of each day it gets kicked out and it’s not in their system anymore. WIsh i had known he was bull$hitting me at the time. He made me «Re-Order» them on their little computer, only to waste an additional 15 minutes of my time. The template I used was not offered on their computer. GREAT. So his resolution: Go home, go online and re-order them. Then come back and pick it up. WOW! Irritated by the situation, i said nothing. And left and figured — if I have the time to do it, i will.(It was 10pm by this time, and he says, we’re open til 12am) I just left in disbelief of his customer service(or lack there of) The next morning, I went back to get a refund for the cards since I didn’t have the time to re-order them the night before online and drive back to Walgreens. I told a woman I’d like to get a refund for my Christmas cards, because of the line on my daughters face. She goes, oh wow! I’m so sorry about that — let me reprint them for you. WHOAH! she said REPRINTTHEM! WOW! The guy the night before REALLY played me for a fool. Unfortunately I’ve never worked at a Walgreens, and didn’t know how their system worked, and assumed he was telling me the truth. SHEPULLEDUPMYORDERANDREPRINTEDTHEMONTHESPOT! I found out she was the manager, and told her about my experience. My experience with her was like night and day. I can see why she was promoted to be manager. She was great, and helped me right away. It all really depends who’s working while you’re there. One day i was unlucky the next I was lucky. Hopefully the manager who helped me has a word with her«Photo Specialist» to either improve his work ethic or find a new job!

Very convenient for people who live in south Tracy. I go in there often and browse around. Great selection of chap sticks. I cruise the nail polishes right as I walk in. Customer service is very friendly. I purchased 25Hour energy drinks but it didn’t ring up on sale as the tag showed. The cashier told me to grab tag and she gave me sales prices. Pharmacy techs were very helpful and answered all my questions.

There are two Walgreens in Tracy, one is a smaller store, and this one on S. Tracy Blvd is the Larger, & Newer store. Both stores have great, helpful personnel, & friendly employees. But the Store on S. Tracy Blvd is larger, brighter, and has more product on hand. When my friend in «Faith»(we are Christians), who I have known for over 50 years(as well as the whole family), told me about their experience in this store, I was a bit surprised and concerned… My friend is new to the area of Tracy, and everything to my friend is just lovely about the Community of Tracy. Until my friend told me about some rude incidents that had occurred at this store. My friend told me that they had always treated every employee at this Walgreen with Respect, and Kindness… So it took my friend aback when they discovered that one employee at this store was making disparaging remarks about my friend’s character to other Male customers. What Puzzles my friend the most is that every encounter with this Walgreen Employee was a positive one, being that my friend did not know this individual, and is new to the area makes it even more Baffling to them. While this is a wonderful, wonderful store, and a credit to the Community of Tracy, it only takes one rotten apple to ruin the whole lot. We all will be praying for this individual’s salvation.
