The service department was very helpful in dealing with a seat malfunction.
Experienced some delays in getting the part and problems with the repair itself but they provided loaner car and offered to deliver car even though we are located over an hour away.

For the most part, Fox is a good service department to work with. They experienced a multitude of problems in diagnosing and repairing our X5’s stabilization system problem… won’t go into that, but they made it right, finally got it fixed and it’s trouble-​free for the past 1100 miles (knock on wood). Matt, the Svc Mgr was pleasant to deal with, helpful, and did his best to deliver what you expect from a BMW service department.
