Williams Chevrolet Honda

I have been a customer of Williams Kia for the last 4 years. Even though I did not purchase my Kia Sportage at their location, they have always been very helpful and friendly. The prices are great — just make sure you keep an eye out for those coupons in the mail because its always nice to receive 10% off your entire bill or discounted oil changes. Keep up the good work!

When I was looking for a Honda, I asked them if they could come close to an offer from a place in GR. They were literally thousands more. I guess they wanted to suck some profit from a northern michigan customer.
Never had an issue with their service department though. Very helpful.

Unfortunately, I was in an accident while on vacation in Traverse City. I have a 2005 Honda Civic, and decided that the best place to take it to determine if it was driveable for the 250 miles back to Detroit would be a Honda dealership.
When I checked the local yellow pages, there were only two Honda dealerships listed, and this one was closest.
So I called and they said they wouldn’t be able to look at it until after 3:30pm. This was a little inconvenient, but we found ways to waste some time.
After they finally were able to look at it, they determined that if I just put on the donut tire and took off the wheel with the bent rim, I should be okay.
I asked if they could take care of that for me, and they said no problem. Also, originally when I called they said it would cost $ 45 to look at it. But, in the end they didn’t charge me for anything and gave me some good advice on the extent of the cosmetic damage.
The service area was clean, the people I dealt with were very helpful, the bathrooms were clean, and overall it was a good experience.
